It was good. The hotel was nice. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately the pool was out of service. My only critique would be that the carpets needed a good shampooing. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The staff was super friendly. The room was OK the toilet was dirty and needed a plunger after every use. The walls seemed paper thin I could hear everything. It was very loud with teenagers running up and down the halls and up on the second floor. The pool was also closed with no warning normally the hotel calls the day before your stay and let's you know the pool is closed but they didn't. My kids was very disappointed in that.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were large and comfortable! The only complaint that I have is that the bathroom could use some updates. But the staff was very friendly and helpful! When it snowed, one of the staff even helped us clean off the ice from our car. The breakfast bar was very good! Overall, a very nice trip!

We booked two rooms at this hotel because it listed a pool as an amenity and we were having a birthday party for our 16 year old and her friends. The pool has apparently been closed for 4 months and there was no indication of that when we booked nor were we advised before the date we could cancel by for a full refund. Very disappointing.

Hotel is in a serious need tof updating, upgrading and repair. Potholes in parking lot can swallow small children, bathroom floor grout all but disappeared…. Lobby old, tired and just needs total gut.
Prob great hotel when it opened …. Now just worn out

The hotel is located in a very quiet but convenient location, driving to Ithaca down town has gorgeous lake view on the road. Stuffs are very nice, and room is very pretty spacious, like a one bedroom unit, with refrigerate, and microwave.
The only cons it has is the facility maintenance is not up to date, like curtain is broken, sink drainage is slow, etc. Hope they can improve soon.

The internet is very frustrating to access; may make me not want to come back due to needing use internet with business. Also had to use sound machine to sleep because 2nd floor pretty loud till late at night
