This hotel is located at Ithaca downtown, which is good to find the restaurants for dinner. Also, the room is clean and quiet, helpful for taking the good sleep. I will recommend to choose this hotel when you have the chance to visit Ithaca.

The best morning hotel in Ithaca!

The sharp corners of the bed frame protrude, which is regarded as a defect in the facilities. Every time I check in, I will knock on it. This time, I broke my foot and the back of my foot was swollen. If the refund is not received for a long time, the service is really not good.

The hotel is very convenient, you can go out to eat and drink, like Shanghai's Golden City Road

Everything was pretty seamless. I chose to valet park my car which allows for unlimited in and out. Valets were very friendly and offered assistance with unloading and loading my car.

We were very impreseed with the cleanliness of the hotel and just how quiet our room was. The bar was hopping when we got back from our night out at a show and the bar staff was "on it" although they were so busy.

The sight of a clean, quiet and a large room was such a pleasant sight after a 6 hour journey . Having a restaurant with great service and delicious food in the hotel was a perfect amenity for a tired customer, who just wants a warm meal before a good night rest..

Worst front desk I have experienced in 30 years of travel. Room not ready after check in , took our number to call us when it would be ready, never call. Just disengaged and rude. Kept saying they were busy, no apologies.

we booked delux room and received accessible room which we really dont like . none of the staff including the manager of the hotel were helpful and claimed that this is the last available room . no regrets or sympathy . the manager should not work in hospitality business
