Hotel staff are excellent. The photos on trip.com may not correspond to the room style but staff honoured the one shown. Room is very spacious and clean. Private onsen is very nice. Hotel location is very convenient and many good dining options withjn close walking distance. Parking is conveniently located next to hotel and it’s free. Staff even valet parked our car when we checked in. The front desk lady we dealt with is probably one of the most helpful, patient and polite hotel staff we’ve met. If I manage a hotel, I would want to hire her.

This time, I used a premium room to celebrate my father's graduation. My father has difficulty walking, so we requested a room as close to the elevator as possible, and they not only gave us a room right next to our request, but also provided us with a private dining room right next to the elevator. Ta. When the woman in charge saw my father struggling to sit down in a chair, she immediately brought him a cushion, prepared a high chair in the room instead of a low chair, and made other arrangements. Thank you for your consideration. When I saw my father, who loves hot springs, happily taking a bath in the open-air bath in his room, I was really glad that I chose Yukitei. thank you very much.

We stayed in the 6th floor ”Premium Room with Hinoki Bath”. ＞Room 80 square meters, this room has a large window and a large cypress bath. You can see the sea in the distance. However, since it was a Japanese-Western style room, the living room was tatami mats, and I had to sit when watching TV or having tea, and my legs hurt and I couldn't relax. It would have been nice if there was a western style room with a table. ＞Meals We had dinner in the private dining room. It's not luxurious, but it was good with gentle seasoning. >Bath The large public bath was spacious and tasteful. We also enjoyed the free private open-air bath.

First visit to Ito Onsen. Choose this casual inn. From the window of the Western-style room, you can see the scenery of the kindergarten and the city on the other side of the river, giving you a sense of openness. At night, the riverside is lit up and it is beautiful. The open-air bath is so-so. A stray cat crossed in front of me several times while taking a bath. In the restaurant, each table is blindfolded. I can't hear conversations because there is an interval. Dinner and breakfast were on the same table, but it wasn't by the window, so it was a little disappointing in the morning.
