We have spent two days living here, the hotel is excellent, especially for the public bath and service. The public bath on the rooftop is seaview, which has a good ventilation. And the staff here are very helpful, nice and have cheerful smile, and very patient! The service is really number one, I can feel the positive attitude from every staff.

The room is comfortable, but the room is quite dark, not charger, usb near the bed, so u have to put on somewhere to charge your mobile. The meal is fine, not very impressive, and the onsen is not large, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor on the highest floor. Overall the stay is happy ! While u leaving, the staff will help to call taxi.

Cosy and trendy. Facilities are new and stylish. I like to jazz corner of the lobby.

When I booked the room, I thought it would be by the sea, but I didn't expect that I would have to cross a road to get to the beach. It was quite different from what I imagined Hoshino Hotel to be. The food, accommodation and hot springs were all very standard, without any surprises. But the service was really good and made me feel at home.

Environment: The view in the room is great, unobstructed sea view room. It is also very large, and there is a small living room-like position where you can sit here to watch the sunrise and sunset and eat dessert. Facilities: The bed is still too soft, and the lighting in the room is a bit dim. Meals: The room rate includes breakfast and dinner, which is really worth the price. The dinner is very exquisite, one by one, all freshly made, a bit like omakase... and it changes every day, not fixed. Very attentive. Breakfast is also very healthy and nutritious. The hot spring is on the top floor, with indoor and outdoor areas. Although it is small, it has everything. It is very quiet and comfortable. There is also unlimited beer and ice cream. Service: The service of Hoshino is naturally impeccable, but I ordered a massage in the room. To be honest, the technique is average.

Because there were some problems with the booked hotel, Ctrip contacted me and helped to change it to a hotel in the Hoshinoya Group. This time Ctrip was really supportive. This hotel is great. We are very satisfied with its location, environment, service and food. And because the price was a bit expensive, Ctrip also subsidized the difference. Very satisfied. There are black and green teas from various countries in the lobby on the first floor, and the sound system is Bowers & Wilkins. There are 2 hot springs on the top floor, one indoor and one outdoor. It feels really great to take a hot spring bath outdoors in the morning to watch the sunrise. The room faces the sea, and you can see various snipes roosting at low tide, which is a surprise. The breakfast and dinner are very Japanese. I stayed for 2 days and they were not repeated at all. The sashimi is delicious, and there is no need for wasabi at all. You can eat it directly. It is a hotel worth staying in, and it lives up to its reputation. You can also take a walk on the beach before dinner, watching the sunset and the breeze.

By Hoshino's standards, there are too few activities to participate in. The facilities are average, the hot springs are available, and the drinks provided are also okay. The service is very good ~ the dinner is good, the breakfast is average, but compared with other hotels in the surrounding area, it is not cost-effective

They were inconsistent in their words and asked us to pay an extra 1500 RMB. At first, they said that we could get a refund for the meals as long as we paid for the accommodation of the other two people in the triple room. Then they refused to refund us because the food was already prepared. Then, at our strong request, they proposed a "solution" of 1500 RMB without meals, and finally forced us to accept their solution. After we checked in, they only provided one dinner, which was a frozen pre-prepared dish. The sashimi was not fresh, and the other dishes were not tasty either. The waiter was in a hurry to get off work and served all the dishes at once, and was too lazy to serve them.

The location is quiet and beautiful, and the sea view from the room and rooftop hot spring is excellent. The waiters were attentive and courteous, and the hot spring delicacies for dinner were unforgettable!

It takes less than an hour to drive from Izukoku City, but more than 2 hours to drive from Tokyo. It's a very cozy place by the sea, next to the convenience store, the hot spring on the top floor, the open air is also beautiful, and there will be beer popsicles at 5 pm! Daily breakfast and dinner are included, and you need to make a reservation, but they are all Japanese specialties! Very special! There are all kinds of black tea downstairs! The room is not big, and it can sleep four people with an extra bed.
