A bit outdated and rooms need to be modernized. They have some new rooms, but apparently impossible for families to stay there. And it is very overpriced. Food is excellent though and staff is friendly.

The onsen inn is about 15 minutes walk from the JR train station. About 4 to 6 rooms in each building. Set in a pretty wooded area connected by paths and steps. Not so suitable for wheelchair. About 6 private hot spring bath huts that can fit 2 to 4 persons each. Good dinner and breakfast.

It was fantastic to go out to "no where" and relax after a busy stay in Tokyo. The train ride is quite long but the hotel is a short walk from the train station. All the different pools were fantastic and the rooms were really nice. Sleeping on the floor adds to the genuine experience but I prefer a softer bed. We got dinner and breakfast included. They were well prepared but a bit too interesting for the teenagers.

The hot spring is very powerful and hot 😆 The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a 15-minute walk from the station and a turn away from the Teddy Bear Memorial Museum. I have recommended it to relatives and friends. If I come to Izu again, I will come to this hotel again.

The Japanese-style room is relatively large, with beautiful garden views. It provides one night and two meals. The dinner is very ceremonial, exquisite and delicious.

I went there with my kids in June. I'll add a review. The hotel is very close to Ito Kogen Station, which is just over 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel is a very typical Japanese hotel. Although it is on the roadside, it is also very private and hidden among the green trees. Each room has good privacy, with a private bath on the first floor, guest rooms on the second floor, and tatami rooms that children like very much. Dinner and breakfast are both in the hotel, and the quality is very good. It's a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there is a trail that goes directly to the beach, where you can enjoy the magnificent sea view. There are all original trees, and there are occasionally little squirrels. It's best to go with more people. The private bath is very good, and they are all independent small rooms, with relatively complete supplies and very good privacy. The hotel is suitable for parent-child vacations, and I will come again.

The hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended. There are seven hot springs, all of which can be closed and soaked by yourself. There are not many guests staying, so you basically don't have to wait. Because the ecology is very good on the mountain, there are many insects outside, but there are basically no insects in the room.
