I saw the review and understood guests had troubled to check in. I encountered the same problem. I did not receive any check-in code a day prior check-in. Luckily, I got the help from a Japanese to call Rakuten and then got the check-in details. Communication needs to improve for sure. Other than that, we had a happy stay.

A very comfortable B&B. Although it is a 40-minute drive from the airport and the city center, it is very close to many attractions and there are many restaurants nearby. It faces the sea, is clean, and has very new equipment. It is very suitable for staying with family or friends. Recommended for self-driving travelers!!~

The hotel is a villa, clean and bright, with first-class environment. It is right on the seaside. You can see the sea view from the house. There are many oyster grilling huts nearby, which is excellent for self-driving tours. The only thing to note is that you must call the hotel on the day of check-in to obtain the door key code. I hope that there is a higher awareness of subsequent cleaning. About equipment ・There was no ice machine in the freezer (Sasebo has one) ・The vacuum cleaner does not suck at all. I was asked to exchange it myself for the room I was moving to, which took some time, but it worked fine. *Please do not trust the previous user's dishwashing status easily, and wash dirty dishes before checking in. I think it's strange to have guests arrive tired and want a glass of water, but then wash the dishes and wipe down the shelves first. You should include a professional cleaning like Duskin on a weekly basis. I think it would make a big difference if the people in charge of daily cleaning were more conscious, but if this situation continues, I will never use this place again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else.
