Estiver com minha esposa esse último final de semana. Ambiente tranquilo, limpo, organizado, atendimento cordial e sempre ótimo. Quartos excelentes, recomendo mais do que ficar em hotel, além de localização de fácil acesso!!! Voltaremos em breve!!!

Estive dia 12/04/22 com meu noivo para comemorar meu aniversário. Ele fez a reserva do quarto com antecedência. Pedi taças logo na recepção, tive que ligar 2 vezes pra cobrar. O quarto não tinha kit de higiene, pedi, não veio. Cardápio nada tinha, porque a recepcionista disse que estava sozinha com a cozinheira que tbem estava fazendo papel de faxineira. Foi a pior noite em um motel que tivemos, isso porque pegamos a suíte mais cara, com sauna e hidro. Já havia ido outras vezes, mas dessa vez a decepção foi tremenda, justamente num dia especial para nós dois. Ahh. No site diz que tem a promoção do aniversariante com 50% do valor da consumação de volta, e nos foi negada essa promoção. Mandei mensagem no mesmo WhatsApp relatando a minha insatisfação, e nem se quer me responderam..
