nice hotel .............. good staff...............................

This is just my opinion, so some people may not mind, but the room smelled a bit. Also, I was disappointed that some of the vending machines could not be used. Other than that, the location was good and it was easy to use. I will use it again.

We were very satisfied with both the staff and the facilities. In particular, both my mother and I were very satisfied with the breakfast. We would like to use this facility again. Thank you very much.

The hotel is within walking distance from the nearest station, so it is easily accessible and easy to use. The staff were polite and I had no complaints or discomfort with the service during my stay. As this is a hotel with branches nationwide, I feel I can expect consistent service.

ルートイン新しめの部屋はソファタイプがありがたかったが、クッションあれば尚良かった。 朝食付きで重宝してます。

朝食がとても美味しくて満足です。部屋も清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。スーパーマーケットも近くにあり、便利です。

部屋がとても綺麗で清潔、どうやら忘れ物をしてきてしまったようで、ご連絡をくださいました。郵送していただけるとの事でとても親切丁寧に対応していただけました。

館内、お部屋も綺麗で、大浴場もあり深夜まで入れて、大好きなコーヒーも自由に飲めて、朝のバイキングもバランス良くて、最高でした！ お陰で楽しい旅になりました！

食事が美味しくなかったです

泉駅前にあるビジネスホテル。 大浴場がついているのはお勧めです。 また、食事もビュッフェスタイルですが、メニューも豊富で悪くないです。 駅前が寂しく出歩くのには向いてないかもしれません。
