As a hotel near Iwaki station, there was a relatively calm atmosphere and we were able to use it with peace of mind. As a location, I walk a little from Iwaki station, but I think it's a distance that I don't care if the weather is raining. Although it was a business hotel, I felt like a love hotel and I was very disgusted. In addition, the wall was thin or the voice next door was round, and the voice of the big woman was heard and it was really uncomfortable. I was doing work, but I will never stay again.

The water in the room is delicious with purified water coming out of the tap. Check-in was completed and check-out was unnecessary at the front desk. It is a very high hotel in Cospa and I want to use it again.

But considering the cost performance, I think it's very good. The bath was a series hotel nearby, and it seemed that you could use the large bath there.
