The location was convenient and walkable to Grand place, Royal Galleries. It is very noisy though. To cool the apartment, had to open windows and it was so loud, couldn’t sleep. Need ear plugs. Microwave did not work and no one responded to what’s app number.

Locatie is top, appartement is ruim maar alles is vies en kapot of werkt niet. T.v kapot, vaatwasser kan niet goed open, deksel waterkoker los, deur inbouw koelkast werkt niet, vriezer kapot, geen waterdruk dus douchen niet mogelijk, slechte communicatie vanuit smartflats. Schimmel op badkamer. Geen gordijnen of verduistering op 1 slaapkamer. Glas uit de stalen tussendeur zit los.

Lack of response from staff to messages we sent, scuffed walls, damaged doors (holes) and walls, leaky shower that floods the bathroom, mould behind kitchen tap, smashed/damaged freezer drawers. Cleaners were still cleaning when we arrived at 16:15 even though they had 5 hours to clean after the previous Tennant left.
Wooden floor boards outside bathroom has a strange bump / small hill where may have got water damage at some point.
Overall underwhelming accommodation and in terrible condition. Not like the photos 1/10.
Good location, hot shower, comfortable beds.

La ubicación excelente, en una zona muy segura para caminar inclusive, esta cercana a 100 metros del metro.
Lo que si resulta muy mal es la inadecuada comunicación con los responsables de administrar el smartflats. No fue posible que nos llegara el código de ingreso porque que el check in lo hace uno mismo. Hay un telefóno de contacto que nunca contestan.
Tuvimos que acceder al centro de ayuda de ******* que nos pudieron dar una solución después de 3 horas.
El sofa cama estaba dañado, entramos el 26 de diciembre 2021 y fue reportado ese día y lo resolvieron hasta el viernes 31 de diciembre 2021

chouette weekend à Bruxelles. Dans un quartier accessible en transport facilement. L'appartement était propre et il y avait le matériel nécessaire pour un weekend. La literie est confortable et propre.

Un désastre ! Bel emplacement, mais quelle mauvaise surprise ! Appartement très grand( c’est ce que nous souhaitions) mais complètement vide! Pour les réclamations vraiment légitimes que nous avions à faire, un interlocuteur à distance par téléphone bidon, qui vous endort, puis plus rien ! En 15 jours, pas de technicien de maintenance ! - table de salle à manger tulipe totalement instable, sur laquelle nous n’avons pas pu manger ( fait connu du loueur) - odeur pestilentielle sortant du lavabo et de la douche( genre rat crevé) nous avons dû scotcher les ouvertures - téléviseur non opérationnel, pour cause de télécommande inadéquate - pas de tables de nuit, une seule lumière de chevet - vaisselle réduite au minimum - pas de plat de travail, grille-pain et bouilloire entassés sur le micro-onde…
