Tolles Hotel, angenehmes Publikum, super Service, sehr großes Zimmer, top eingerichtet, riesiges Bad mit Jacuzzi Badewanne, großer begehbarer Dusche, sehr grosser Balkon mit tw Meerblick und schöner Landschaft. Sehr ruhig.

We loved the hotel! the staff made you feel welcome everywhere you went. We certainly will come back. We rented a car in the hotel lobby, which is a great service. This gave us the opportunity to drive around and see a lot of the wonderful island of Rhodes.

We had a nice stay at the Platinum Resort. The staff were great. We had a large room and I enjoyed the breakfasts. The pool was clean and refreshing and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very close to the hotel, but we found that swimming there wasn't pleasant due to the beach rocks and litter nearby. We walked to Rhodes 3 times, which is a bit of a journey - taxis are easy to arrange through the hotel, but agree the price beforehand..

It was great. The room with shared pool is the great option. The meals were delicious and various. The room was very spacy and comfortable. The bathroom equipped with essential cosmetics. Definitely recommended for business and family trips.

I had a wonderful holiday at Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort and Spa. True indulgent luxury and so much fun. The most delightful was all the kind the staff. Rooms are impeccable, very clean (thank you to the housekeeping team who were super efficient), all that you need is provided (except fresh milk mini-carton if you prefer milk in your tea/coffee rather than cream in the minibar). The views from the rooms are spectacular. I had a Deluxe room with private pool. It was amazing. It was quiet and private. I had incredible sunsets. However given the time of the year I had to wait until about noon to get the sun on the balcony (end October 2024, which was helped when the clocks changed as the sun came sooner). I had sunshine throughout the whole week I was there. Very little wind if any. The food in the various restaurants was really incredible, very fresh, tasty, beautifully presented and lots to choose from. Bravo to all the chefs and their teams working so hard in the background to make any dining experience extra special. I was on the AI, so I was able to also sample many of the local and Greek wines, some of them fantastic. It would have been nice to have some kind of rose sparkling on the AI as well. The café freddo (espresso or cappuccino) was great, especially when it was hot during the day. You have all kinds of hot and cold soft beverages, I found the various teas also very good. All local. There is a beautiful lobby with the main restaurant and main bar on the same floor (8th floor), with breath-taking views towards the sea and sunset. Lovely place to have an after dinner cocktail and get to talk to other guests. Sometimes there was live music too, which was nice. The bar team were fabulous. I would recommend to the management to create a terrace outside the lobby bar and also consider the possibility to create an outside area to dine from the main restaurant. I was told it gets windy and this is the reason there is no outdoor space at that level but I think they are working on the idea. I loved the spa facilities (although the steam room is due to be repaired and wasn’t working), all under the excellent care of Lynette. There is a very nice indoor swimming pool with various massage jets for different parts of the body, including your feet, legs, back and neck. In the middle there is a warm Jacuzzi, so relaxing. There is a nice small sauna, it was a real treat. I loved the yoga session I did with Agatha. Thank you! I never had time to try a massage but will endeavour to next time. The treatment rooms looked lovely and relaxing when I had a sneak peak. Also you have a beautiful walk to Rhodes Old Town along the sea from the hotel. I took a taxi to the town and walked back. It was so beautiful and I thoroughly recommend it. There are little private beaches dotted along the pedestrian path separate from the road, so it’s very peaceful. I didn’t get the chance to hire a car to visit the island but there are many sights and places to vi

After reading so many nice reviews, we decided to come to this hotel. The transfer was also provided by the hotel, being very convenient and easy. We arrived very quickly and at the reception we were greeted by the guys who took our bags (Valentino and Michalis) and they offered us champagne, already the beginning looked very nice. The reception team gave us information about all the activities and restaurants in the hotel and we were already able to book some of them together. We arrived in the room accompanied by Fotini from the reception and the bags were already there which we were amazed. In the evening we had dinner in the main restaurant where chef Michalis made sure everything was as we wanted. We were helped by AnnaMarie from customer relations to book the excursions offered by them and to advise us where to have dinner and what we should visit during the vacation. The very spacious and clean rooms were always taken care by the cleaning ladies who greeted us everywhere with a Kalimera and Kalispera . We had a wonderful vacation and those who work at this place must be very well trained otherwise how could they be so wonderful.Thank you all, for making our vacation wonderful.

Began our stay on 20th October. We opted for a pre booked taxi from the airport although the relatively short transfer time from the airport isn't a problem. As it is fairly close to Rhodes town. The grand approach and entrance to the hotel is the first sign that you are in for something special. We were met at the car by a porter who collected our luggage and escorted to the reception desk. The check in was extremely quick, friendly and well managed. Helped by a free glass of bubbly. Everything was explained and noted on our welcome pack. Occasionally, the check in information dump can leave you shell shocked and wondering what you missed. The main physical characteristics of this hotel is it's sheer grandure. The entire hotel is reminiscent of a collection of well polished classy auditoriums with glossy floors and fittings. Most of the lifts are external facing with a glass exterior, and offer some terrific views across the landscape. Especially when you take the lift to the main restaurant. You will not feel claustrophobic in this hotel. We had chosen a premium room with sea view and were really pleased with both it's location and facilities. Another unique characteristic of this hotel is that they go out of their way to make sure that you never run out of towels. They replace them when they clean the room and you also get an early evening call to replace any which you have used showering after your busy day. This and the turn down service reinforced the feeling that you were a valued customer. Breakfast was in the main restaurant at the top of the hotel which presented fantastic panoramic views across the straits to turkey. The choice would satisfy any pallet and the attention to customer service , relationship and product was second to none. Some might say that the food was sometime not as warm as it could be. Partly due to the hotplates and plates not being as hot as they could be, and partly due to the size of the restaurant. The food stations might have been better located in the middle of the restaurant rather than the side. As we were on half board we also had the opportunity to try the evening meal option. Which offered a themed a la carte and buffet choice. As we were staying in the last week of the season we did wonder if the quality would suffer as a result. It didn't. One of the primary factors we consider when we choose a hotel abroad is the availability of sunbeds and seating around the pool areas. As we were at the end of the season we knew that we wouldn't have a problem finding space. What I still find annoying is the entitled individuals who still want to turn up at 6 am choose the prime positions and disappear for hours. Another characteristic of this hotel is that they understand this problem and have staff who are employed to remove any towels (free at poolside) on beds which are not occupied. Up to 1030am. They would also leave a note explaining their actions and if possible speak to the individuals. LOVE IT❤️❤️. Speci
