I recently spent two weeks at this hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel was spotless, showing that they take cleanliness seriously, which added to my comfort during the stay. The location is ideal—close to everything you’d need and want to explore. The beautiful weather made it even better! One downside, however, was the gym. While there is a fitness area, the equipment is limited and not suitable for a full workout for adults. If the gym were better equipped, it would truly elevate the experience. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel for its many positives, and I hope they consider enhancing the gym in the future.

I have to say ! What a gem of a hotel ! After a bad experience last year in falaraki didn’t go with high expectations! But I have to say LOVED it ! Staff were very helpful right from the time we arrived! Room was lovely ! Cleaned everyday ! Food was always nice ! Different theme every night ! Pool bar did fabulous pizzas during the day ! The location was fab ! Could even walk to Rhodes town in about an hour !! The hotel itself and grounds were always kept clean and tidy ! Only little thing was pool was soooo cold but not sure if that was due to end of season ! But would definitely recommend and return !! Keep up the good work guys !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sol Cosmopolitan ! L'hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont impeccables avec une belle vue sur mer et, en plus des piscines, la plage est juste en face. Tout le personnel est vraiment charmant, que ce soit à la réception, au spa ou au restaurant. Et le barman Mikes propose de délicieux cocktails le soir !

Très bon hôtel pour notre séjour en groupe. Personnel à l'écoute et serviable! Mikes au top le bar 👌 Buffet varié à volonté ainsi que les boissons. Un peu moyen pour l'isolation sonore par contre. Mais bien situé, des taxis à proximité et des commerces.

Check in was swift, the staff were friendly, we were 2 couples and we were on the 3rd floor of the annex building, just a short walk from the reception. The room was a medium size with a sea view, there is a main road running close by and was very noisy which affected our sleep. After the first night we asked to be moved to a quieter location, the management moved us to 2 rooms on the poolside,which were a lot quieter rooms 463 and 476,these rooms were a little larger then the sea view rooms. We had issues with the temperature of the water in the shower on 2 occasions and in 1 room the shower head and the rail was not working. This was put right the next day by the hotel maintenance team quickly. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. We are strict vegetarians, the restaurant had a limited but adequate options for our dietary needs, a very special thanks to George in the restaurant for looking after our vegetarian food and dessert needs. The manager of the hotel Mr Stamatakis made sure our complaints were dealt with and handled by himself personally very quickly and efficiently, he is very hands on,which is very good to see for guests. The manager offered us 1 day car hire at no expense to us and we were also allowed to keep our rooms for a 5pm check out for the inconvenience we had.

This hotel was better than I thought it would be .rooms spacious clean and a great sea view room.bit disappointed that there wasn't a bath .staff amazing .we went all inclusive great choice food in both pool bar and restaurant. Only problem was food wasn't very hot at times even going down wen it first opened. Would definitely stay here again.very local to everything including the beach opposite

OK so we're just back from a week here we shouldn't have been here we got sent here because our actual hotel cancelled all bookings. Realistically this is more of a three star. Compared to our previous trips to Rhodes the hotels Animation team were lacklustre and very little was actually organised for the kids no outside entertainment was bought in for the evenings. The hotel has two restaurants a main buffet and a small snack selection in the pool bar. Meal times meant that despite this being an all inclusive hotel no food was available at all between 1030 am and 1200 and then again between 1600 and 1830. The main bar is only open in the evening AI drinks finish at 2300. The pool bar has problems it's a wooden structure and we saw a rat darting under it on two occasions. The main restaurant isn't really big enough and the choice of food is pretty much the same every day and on many occasions meat dishes weren't very well cooked. Our family room was in a single storey building at the front of the hotel this meant constant road noise as the main airport to Rhodes Town Road was 50 feet away and an issue with noise from the bar at the front of the hotel as well as the pool bar which on our last evening was still playing loud music at 1am. The house keeping staff were however excellent. The beach is a let down untidy with very little effort made.

We came back from this hotel last week after a lovely stay. Our children were so sad to leave as they had had the best time here, especially at the mini club with Filippo, George and Natasa who did a fantastic job entertaining the children (my children are still talking about them!) The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The food was good, we always found something we fancied and the pizza was very nice! Overall we had a very good stay, though the highlight was definitely the animation team Filippo, George and Natasa 😊
