Good day, the review is tough. I don't recommend it. The first, from a pleasant, 20-story hotel, a beautiful view to the city and the sea (I pointed in the booking high floor and the view - the room was provided), there is an underground car park, opened 24/7, is not protected at night, a little rusty. Availability of cafes, restaurants, in the shopping center, possibility of breakfast, lunch, dinner 24/7. Very polite staff (I want to stress that all the service of the hotel is kept on staff, but not on management!) From unpleasant and why I do not recommend: The hotel is updated, but the technical service is very weak, the operation service is actually missing. Entered in the room, the room related to the door with the other, updated, generally well cleanly cleaned, but the chair in the room is very old and erased, there is no cover on the TV control, the sub-size small does not cover the entire blanket, The railroads were bound as it came, a small mirror in the bathroom without bolts, we had dirty towels in the room and separately lay clean towels. Of the bathing facilities, 5 bottles of shower gel, shampoo and one body locker. There was a tea set, and every day water in bottles (it is from pluses). I would like to thank the gentleman of the evening shift from the housekeeping department, replaced all towels, brought additional pillows, thank you huge, very polite. It seemed that the hotel was restored and everything was supported by individuals (personnel, but not by hotel management as a whole. For example, once again, the room was clean, but it felt like one person was cleaning, And in the absence of time does not check additionally what shortcomings remain in the room. About breakfast: quite, you can find everything necessary, the only, the chan with the soup is very hot - adjust the temperature, the guests are burned when the lid opens.

Everything was ok Only one important thing my reservation was room with sea view and I asked through my reservation I wanted my room at a high floor with nice view on the sea But the hotel gave me the room at 4th floor with smallest sea view , I’m upset from this thing because I feel this un respectable to my request through you Also I mention they put some sweet in our room as a good hospitality

Booked three rooms, one was upgraded to a sea view suite as a reservation on Hyatt Global Guest official website, and the other two were upgraded to sea view rooms as a reservation on Ctrip. The new hotel has a very nice view, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast food is also quite good. It should be considered the most upscale hotel in Izmir. However, this hotel does not have a VIP lounge, the swimming pool is not big, and the operation time is not long. The swimming pool closes at 6 pm. The hotel is not in the city center, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to the city center by taxi.
