Really enjoyed my stay there. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We even extented our stay there, and the hotel is situated in a convenient area where u can easily catch the tram and go to the city center.

The room is relatively small and the surrounding environment is not very good. Although I booked a sea view room, there is a main street in front of me, and vehicles shuttle around 24 hours a day. The noise and air pollution are serious, and the sound insulation effect is not good. In addition, at four o'clock in the morning, the neighbor next door suddenly played dance music at a loud volume. He shouted loudly and knocked on the door to stop it, and then continued playing for a while. Very disruptive to rest. The hotel staff was friendly and prompt. There are not many shops and restaurants near the hotel, and you need to take the light rail two stops away from the city.

房間非常乾淨，窗户外就是愛琴海，風景美麗，距離鐘樓也很近，步行大概十幾分鍾，周邊吃的不多，基本都是披薩漢堡

很不錯的酒店，重新裝修過，前台的帥哥和後勤大球真的太好了！我的車輪子爆胎，烈日下他們幫我換好備胎，給我打電話去補胎的地方，讓我順利的補好車胎，房間不算大，但乾淨，可以看到海景，酒店不遠就有商場，最古老的電梯，非常方便

入住四天，WiFi沒有一天正常工作的。最痛苦的就是這個。 空調也很老舊，温度要麼高了要麼低了。 入住停車也很不方便，要繞很遠，而且要喊人開門。

Ms. Sevgi and her team are the warmest and friendliest people, who make you feel at home, they arrange the smallest details to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are excellently tidy and comfortable. Bathroom has towels of the highest softestness the showergel smells like lavender fields. After this , you’re flying like a butterfly to the deliciously served breakfast and want to stay in this oasis to see the colourful sunset at the bay. You’ll feel reborn again 🦋👍🏽

Place was great, location is amazing there is shops around to buy small snacks and food. Good for long and short term stay. Breakfast are really good. Everyone is really helpful. Just one side note You have to inform hotel if you coming with your own car. So you should call them before u come otherwise parking can be issue.

It’s a perfect hotel. It’s in the middle of everything. Beautiful sea view and very lovely staff! The rooms are clean and new. Breakfast was delicious! I really recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for everything! I will be back again in summer!

Stayed here for three days with a large group of my friends. All was well from the very beginning the location the new building and welcoming staff. Room was comfy and it was also new. Buffet breakfast was more than sufficient. Thank you all the staff for an amazing stay i d like to come again

Been there for breakfast it was cool. Did not see rooms but everything was new it is a new hotel. it was cool enough to spend your sunday morning here. It was buffet breakfast and see view was available as it is a new place it was not crowded and staff had chance to take care of every guest.

The price-performance ratio for this hotel is very good. Cleanliness: I personally don't know of any hotel for this price that is so clean and tidy. Staff: the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Every wish that is possible is fulfilled. They even give you an extra card for the room that only ensures that the air conditioning stays on even when you are not in the room. This of course ensures that the temperature in the room is constant. The hotel is right next to the sea (no swimming area) and it is very refreshing when you wake up in the morning and can enjoy the great view of the sea.

We come to Izmir very often because we love it. We chose Yali Konak Hotel when we came. We were very pleased with the location and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast and room cleaning were very good. The view was also perfect.

Everything is great, they are very attentive, we came with our baby and we never had any problems, they are very attentive, they are helpful in every way, they are smiling and their service is very nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is attentive, it was enough for me, thank you and I recommend it.

A WONDERFUL HOTEL, THE HOTEL'S LOCATION AND EMPLOYEES WERE VERY GOOD, CLEAN, SPACIOUS AND WELL-BEING ROOMS, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. A FRIENDLY RECEPTION, EXTREMELY CARING GUEST RELATIONS, I WAS VERY VERY SATISFIED, MY ONLY ADDRESS IN IZMIR, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING AND I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY. I WILL COME AGAIN..
