Excellent location. Sea view or Izmir Bay view from room is wonderful. Comfortable bed and pillow.

After check-in we found out that the indoor swimming pool and the sky roof restaurant weren't open due to maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this specific accommodation. So it was a very big disappointment. I think the hotel should have announced this on their website so customers don't stand for surprises!

Located in the city center, the location is excellent, just across the road from the door is the sea. It takes twenty minutes to walk to Clock Tower Square. The room is tidy and the service attitude is good.

A Mövenpick hotel shouldn't neglect your rooms - then guests also come for a wonderful breakfast. The indoor swimming pool and wellness area are in poor condition, if booked for a business trip is all you need. Fitness area has a great view of the sea in the morning.
Broken windows (417) didn't bother us but it's really cheap if the bathroom door doesn't close!
