The hotel has nothing to do with the picture on the site. The service, cleanliness is terrible, the maintenance is non-existent, it is the most disgraceful hotel I have ever stayed in and the trip managers should take a look at this disgrace.

we arrived at the property around 9:30pm, dropped our suitcases and went out for food as there was no food or dink available apart from small water. Only 2 people were allowed in the lift which had no internal doors and was very dangerous, so as family of four with suitcases we did 3 rounds to get up, then the key card didint work for the door and had to get it re done. As we were only staying for 1 night for an early flight the next morning, we didint make it a problem at that stage until we came back. When we started unpacking and using the room, we then realised that there were sunflower seeds on the floor, carpet was dirty and the towels were dirty, the toilet had marks in it and was smelly, we rang the reception but the phone didint work, was really upset and extremely tired and could not get anyone to help. Started looking for alternative hotels in the area but could not find anything available so just slept in our clothes. The hotel still is a building site, absolutely horrible and would not recommend to anyone at all, it was a total disaster after cancelled flights, tiredness and a lot of traveling. How can anyone list a property like this and expect people to stay there under this circumstances.

Cheapest hotel found before the flight but immediately regretted it: very dirty, cold shower, cigarette butts on the floor of the room, terrace full of excrement, stained sheets, elevator without lockable door, parking on the street, dripping air conditioner, windows that don't close properly and therefore noisy due to heavy traffic. Decent breakfast.

At checkin, they didn't inform that mom's breakfast was only until 9am. I went down at 9:10 am and the woman didn't want to give me breakfast, even though I wasn't informed of the time. I had to change rooms because the one I was in had a short circuit. Check-in is at 12 noon, at 12:15 they were knocking on the room door, I'm sure I was late, but it wasn't necessary to knock on the room door, I just had to charge extra. Honestly for the price it would be better to stay somewhere else. The hotel is far from everything.
