The hotel is good, the service is great, it's a good thing that they have employees that can communicate well & can speak english especially. Sir norman (correct me if I'm wrong with his name, I just remember Sir norman) and they guided us about places we are going (Thanks to them for clear instructions). I will recommend this hotel to my friends here in izmir.

Room is good and comfortable but washroom has unpleasant smell on&off. Location a bit off however walking distance to metro, bus station & eating place.

Great modern hotel close to the old part of Izmir and the main train station of Basmane. Off the main road so nice and quiet at night. Great breakfast buffet with big selection of food. Good bathroom with walking shower and hairdryer. Elevator. Air con and fridge in room. Nice atrium area for breakfast.

The room Blakey is too thin too sleep

Friendly staff, helpful with suggesting places to visit and transportation. Breakfast selection is quite limited and balcony door wasn’t able to open

Looking at the surrounding environment, it feels like entering a slum, but the hotel is not bad inside

The service is very good. On the day of check-out, the front desk helped to call a taxi from the side of the road to pull the suitcase at the hotel entrance. The price is also very suitable. Although there are not as many types of breakfast as other hotels, the enthusiastic service makes us prefer it when traveling

Comfortable, cozy place well located to visit fear, the bazaar and the beaches, with all services, pleasant breakfast
