Regarding the noise from the elevator and wind on the upper floors, as the hotel is located on a high floor and due to environmental and structural factors, such noise does occur under certain weather conditions, preventing you from sleeping soundly. We are deeply sorry for this. We have added the issues of outdated facilities, poor bathroom experience, and a malfunctioning ice maker to our list of priority improvements. We understand the impact of outdated equipment on the quality of your stay, and our engineering department is currently strengthening the inspection and maintenance of public facilities to ensure their proper functioning. Regarding the noise caused by tour groups in public areas, we will strengthen on-site management and guidance to create a quieter and more comfortable resting environment for all guests. We are most sorry about the hygiene and skin allergy issues you mentioned. We highly value the health and safety of our guests. Regarding the issue of inadequate linen cleaning, we have immediately instructed the housekeeping department to conduct deep disinfection and a comprehensive inspection of the affected room types, and to strengthen quality control with our laundry suppliers to resolutely prevent such incidents from recurring. Your feedback is crucial to us and serves as an important reference for our improvement efforts.
