Excellent property and front desk service. Walking distance to Rinku Premium Outlets and train station to the airport or the cities (Osaka/ Kyoto etc). Family Mart in the same building; Lawson convenient store a few steps away. Spotlessly clean room and fresh smelling towels.

Location is very good. one stop away from KIX, then just need short walk to the hotel from the train station. There are plenty shopping near the hotel. not forgot to mention that it's near the Rinku town Factory outlet. Food is also easy to find and they are affordable. Free suttle bus from the hotel to the airport is fantastic. Ontime, big bus, reliable. the price of the hotel is also affordable. 100 %Recommended.

Aside from having to walk 10mins away from the station, I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. At first I wasn't sure due to some complaints in the reviews but in the end I really loved staying here! There's a food mall just 2 mins walk away, the staff is very kind and welcoming, the room is cozy and spacious, it was very clean and comfortable and they provided us PJs and clean towels, although the bathroom is slightly small but it didn't bother us at all and loved using the bathtub provided. We stayed here because its just a 20min ride to the airport by subway and i'd definitely stay here again if given the chance!

It was convenient because it was close to the station and the price was reasonable. I didn't have any trouble using the bus as it leaves from the station. Breakfast was included, and there were only three side dishes, but it was enough for one night.

As my first experience of a capsule hotel, I really wanted to like this place. Having an early flight and this being on the doorstep of the terminal, I had high hopes and couldn't wait to get some rest before my flight. My experience started well, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room and washrooms are stocked with everything you might need during your stay, but that's where it stops. I booked a First Class room so I could keep my case with me and had more than enough space, but it was dirty. The floor, table, curtain, TV etc had a thick layer of dust and other people's hair and looked awful. The bed sheets are thin, a bit damp and I was cold during the night, despite turning my own AC off. I was also woken up by some loud, impolite guests in the middle of the night. The worst part was the shower, it was so mouldy and unclean I didn't want to be in there at all, and even the ceiling was covered in dust etc from the extractor fans. The WiFi is also slow. I will definitely not be staying again and wished I'd booked elsewhere.

Room was comfortable but it was facing main road and there was a fire station opposite, so could hear sirens even late into the night which slightly disturbed my sleep. Breakfast spread is decent, used the hot bath too.

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

I've used it several times, but it was clean and I was able to spend a calm time, I was worried about the construction work on the south side of the hotel, but I don't care about the construction work early in the morning at night!

Although this hotel is far from the city, it is really friendly for self-driving travel. There are many parking spaces in the flat parking lot. It is a pity that the parking lot is all open-air, so the car will be very hot when the car is used the next day. Opposite the hotel is a large shopping mall, there are also game centers and mass-market shops. The standard room of the business hotel is large and comfortable, and the luggage can be fully opened. The bed is also very comfortable, and the sheets are laid out as the basic business hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, although the style is not very rich, but eat very happy every morning. There is a bus stop near the hotel, but it is indeed a bit far from the city center, but it is close to the airport. It is very suitable for travelers who plan to reserve time to the outlet. Book this hotel as my flight is in the early morning. The room is small but good enough for one night stay. The is a public bath in the hotel and is quite crowded when I went. The hairdryer in female bath is dyson
