初めてこういったタイプの宿を利用しましたが、とても快適でした。今回は子供と2人でしたので、広さもちょうど良く、設備は大満足。温泉も食事もなしで少々値段は高めだと思いますが、何より出雲大社まで徒歩距離！朝一番に参拝できたし、目の前がスーパーだし。課題の提出もありpcを持参しましたが、ちょうど良いデスクもあり感動しました。また利用したいと思います。2名で旅する方がいらしたら絶対おすすめしようと思っています。皆さんが書いていたように階段は急ですが、手すりもありますし、外の車の音は全く気にならず良眠しました。

Machiya Hotel Yen -Madoka 位於出雲市一帶，從旅館步行到出雲大社只需約10–12分鐘，交通非常方便，無論是搭火車到「出雲大社前」站下車或自駕來訪都很容易抵達，對想把出雲大社、島根古代出雲博物館（Shimane Museum of Ancient Izumo）與稲佐の浜等景點串連的旅人來說，這裡是一個理想的落腳點。 
旅館保留了町家風格的木質外觀與溫馨房型，內部乾淨、設備簡潔實用（有Wi-Fi與廚房/基本設備），適合想體驗日式老屋氛圍又不想犧牲現代便利性的旅客。住宿評價普遍提到整潔與舒適，房間雖不豪華但很有日本感。 
最讓我覺得貼心的是生活機能：旅館周邊生活設施齊全，步行可到車站與觀光景點，周邊也有便利商店與小餐館（對於夜間回來想買點心或飲料非常方便），尤其適合行程緊湊、需要隨時補給的人。從早上出發參拜、下午逛博物館、傍晚回旅館休息再出門吃飯，都很順手。 
若你重視「位置」與「體驗地方風情」，Machiya Hotel Yen -Madoka 表現出色：距離主要景點近、交通便利、生活機能好，加上町家改裝的溫暖氛圍，既能當作探索出雲文化的基地，也方便做短程休憩。若要更省力，建議提前查好到出雲大社的步行路線或搭公車時間，晚上回到便利商店補個宵夜，體驗也會更完整。

古民家を改装して綺麗にした感じのホテルでした。階段が急なこと、外からの車の音さえ気にならなければとてもよい時間を過ごせます。

素敵な古民家を綺麗にリノベーションされており、設備は最新、アメニティもIHコンロからオーブントースターまでと揃えられており、まさに暮らしながら泊まるが叶えられました。
また目の前にはスーパーマーケット、徒歩５分で出雲大社、そしてお土産処やカフェ等、立地は抜群です。
チェックインの際もお電話で丁寧に流れを説明してくださり安心いたしました。

冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター等揃っていますので、簡単な自炊も可能です。
「ラピタ大社店」というスーパーが目の前にあります。19時までは空いていますので、食品等を購入できます。
19時以降は近くにお店はありません。コンビニまでは2Km程歩けばあります。そこだけ注意すれば、とても良い立地です。

広い二部屋が最高にいい！
それぞれにエアコン、大きなテレビあり。
キッチンダイニングには
トースター、レンジ、大きな冷蔵庫、
IH、フライパン箸にスプーン、フォークあり。
大きなソファに大きめのテーブル。
本当に家みたい。
トイレットペーパーも良質のものだし
目の前にはスーパー、
近くには蕎麦屋やカフェもあります。
材料、調味料さえ買ってこれば
料理もできるし
少し車を走らせれば居酒屋などもあるので
とにかく最高です。
泊まるところの近くは
夕方には、閉まるので要注意。
駐車場も1台確保してあるので無くなる心配は無いです。
階段が急なので要注意！

立地は最高でした。
設備は言い出せばキリが無いですが、十分だったと思います。
残念だったのは寝室です。外の灯りが遮断出来ず、またスーパーの駐車場が無料なので車が頻繁に入れ替わるので音と声が聞こえ、とても気になりました。
また、居住スペースが2階にありますが、階段の一段一段二高さがあり、年配の方や、足腰不安のある方は厳しいかと思います。

外観含めお手入れが行き届いており、建物を大切にされているのだと感じました。
室内の設備や調度品は、おしゃれで使いやすく、快適に過ごすことができました。
すぐ目の前にスーパーがあり、自炊される方にはとても便利です。出雲のソウルフードやお酒も購入できます。
出雲大社は徒歩圏内。早朝の参拝も楽々できました。
次回は、連泊したいと思います。

古さと現代と混ざり合った空間が何とも言えない良さがありました。
宿泊した日が嵐でトトロの映画のお風呂のシーンの「お家ボロだから潰れちゃうよ」のめいの言葉を思い出しました。
隙間風とか普通は嫌になるところですが、何か懐かしさを感じました。
天井が低くて何回も頭をぶつけましたが…。
寒さと雨で外に食べに行けずにいましたが、近くに出前のできる「きんぐ」という町中華屋さんがあって助かりました。
最後に貸出傘があるといいなと思いました。
