The first room they gave me the ac wasn't functioning, the electricity was not there for a significant amount of our stay period. They used to cut the electricity in between. They asked us extra money for our check-in even though we had booked the hotel 1 day advance to our check in date.

Staff behavior is very gentle. Neat and clean. Washroom is specious neat and clean. Location is nice. Near the madan mahan railway station. Tv, fan, lights in room, king size bed all are in good condition.

In the name of dormatary i got cooler without water; hall full of mosquitos i bet railway station will have less mosquitoes than this dormatary. Better to take a bedsheet and sleep in plateform of station than this dormatary. I stayed in dormatary so all reviews about it only

The locality of the hotel is a little odd. The hotel has minimal modern infrastructure. The wifi is only limited to lobby. The staff is average. Time and punctuality is not at appreciated. Food is very average.
