We stayed 1 night in low season and we enjoyed the spa, the cafeteria and the breakfast buffet. Everything has been very good, but for a 4-star hotel I think they should take care of some details a little more, such as the bathroom extractor fan, which did not work; the door, which had marks as if it had been forced, broken tiles in the restaurant, only 1 elevator, the bathroom amenities... The spa is great and the facilities work perfectly.

Air conditioning barely worked. We switched rooms and it still barely worked. When I asked if someone to take a look at it they said there was noone.
