Hotels near Lucky You, Jackson

Room was very nice with super soft mattress. We loved everything about the hotel. It's right near the town square and we were able to easily walk to everything we did in Jackson. The concierge was very helpful in telling us where to hike and get bikes as well as making our reservations for the Million Dollar Steakhouse which was also great.

Hotel Jackson is one of the premier hotels in Jackson Hole that focuses on service, ambiance and experiences. From the moment you are greeted curbside until you depart every staff person is friendly, helpful and professional. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Your front desk staff are quite literally the best in the world. Tony went so far out of his way to accommodate us it was incredible. I had an issue out of my control and the two gentlemen at the desk helped me with everything. I can't wait to tell everybody back home about y'all

Great location! As other guests have mentioned, parking can be an issue and more likely more of a problem in the winter than it was for us in the summer. Room was small, but more spacious than expected and was clean other than one issue with a towel left in our bathroom.

Not only is the location absolutely perfect, and gorgeous, but for a hostel this is one of the best. Huge shoutout to Cortney, Celecia and Ali at Cache for making the experience one of the best weeks ever. I will absolutely be returning because of their hospitality and commitment to making the experience once in a lifetime for my best friend and I. We had no idea what to expect coming to Jackson, and they gave us the BEST tips, tricks, and recommendations. Cortney was the brightest bit of sunshine you could ever meet, giving us a rundown of the best spots and was more than willing to plan an entire, customizable itinerary for us.. how could you ask for more? Ali was hilarious and incredibly helpful anytime we needed it, and he would go out of his way to check in with us and make sure we were hitting everything we wanted to on the trip. Celecia… no words can sum up how great she is. A source of knowledge, (also filled with great recs for food and activities) and absolutely a joy to converse with. We worked remote from Anvil, and seeing her in action was amazing! If you ever have the chance to atop at Cache, please do. If you have the pleasure of Celecia checking you in or helping you, you will see what I mean. The staff here was some of the most helpful, kind, and special people I have had the chance of meeting.

Hotel location is very good looking, clean, booked suites, large rooms, inner bedroom, big bed very comfortable with very large sink, separate bathroom, easy to use, washing machine and dryer, put a few days The clothes were washed together. There is a sofa outside, you can sleep, a whole set of kitchen utensils, you can cook. There is also a balcony, but it is a late arrival at the hotel and it is not enjoyed. The next morning, I borrowed the bicycle prepared by the hotel and turned the town around. It was a very beautiful and characteristic town. It is more than 20 minutes drive from Grand Teton Park. Breakfast is simpler and less. The attitude of the front desk clerk is not very warm.

Comfortable room and bed. Fine sized bathroom with wash basin outside the toilet/shower room. Beds were comfortable. Great location on the edge of the town centre.. Nice reception with good, rural style befitting the area/town. Like many similar hotels it’s a bit ‘beige’ and would benefit from more modernisation. But it has everything it needs including a pool. Staff were great. Toiletries were good quality. Breakfast was fine but only just….the food was distinctly ok and the room was too small for the size of hotel and gets very busy. I think it’s probably one of the better hotels in the town. Bars and restaurants are closeby.

The Alpine House is a lovely Inn in downtown Jackson. The Inn and rooms are very well fitted and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was made to order each morning and delicious - it exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the linens are of top quality. The Inn has some lovely common spaces for relaxing as well. We dined at the Inn's sister restaurant, Glorietta. It was outstanding! The best meal of our trip. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return!

Horrible... keys don't work EVERY DAY and the gentleman downstairs (said his name is Craig) on Monday at 7pm-7:45pm is very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful... we had to visit the front desk many times a day because of this issue.... have been staying in Hilton since 25 years ago but never like this in fact. Digital key? Doesn’t work, physical card keys? None of them work (we initially got 2). This is ok. We just need to visit the front desk for help as the Hilton app suggests , right? Wrong!! First, no one was there at the front desk on Monday at 7pm when I first approached. Imagine after a whole day of trails and no one was there to help. Then after trying all my keys again and again running up and down (none of them work), I went to the side of the front desk shouting many times “I need help!” Eventually there was this guy coming out from a secret room to the front desk. This was where the whole nightmare started. Very rude. Very rude when a customer is asking for help many times in person but is ignored. It has nothing to do with my profession or the room rate (expensive, being $800 or $900 a night). It has a lot to do with his attitude when their system is broken or at the very least bothering customers to run up and down like this. They should try that 10+ times for trying to get into own rooms then being treated by this guy like this! . Horrible. How many times did I tell the guy, ”I need help”? More than 3 times probably. But , he just kept ignoring and questioning me back with do you need help?? how many times did he question me back, ”Do you need help? ” maybe 3? 5 times? I’m already showing the cell phone screen!! Of course we needed help! Or why would I be at the front desk? ; Then, how many times did I try to pass the guy the Useless key card but got ignored ? 4? 5? Better check that video recording! lol. Maybe their management can see and count better. What’s worse, with his unwillingness to help, the digital key was still not working after I left the front desk … but only shortly. I had to come back again since it was still not working!! … geez very good workout after a tiring day. Then, even after I showed him my cell phone screen (saying no work, contact front desk) and told him, “this is not funny” , he kept saying many times “do you have a problem?” “What’s your problem?” WOW , this is so unprofessional to its extreme. What really surprised me was his attitude. Seriously, thinking back, maybe it should be me asking, “What is your problem??” Guess what? The digital key still didn’t work after him saying he fixed it, sending another code whatever. Next morning, no, still didn’t work. But this front desk person’s ill-mannered attitude is what really pisses me off. To be fair, the room is okay and other staff members are nice. But if factor in how you may be treated rudely like this with a small issue of malfunctioning keys … I guess I’m only glad that I advised my friends to stay at a different place for this trip.
