This hotel is relatively new and has very good facilities, especially the bed is very comfortable and the bedding is new and clean. We had a good rest here before our long flight! The hotel is opposite the airport, three minutes' drive

There is only one sink in the bathroom, it is inconvenient for many people, no kitchen paper! It is inconvenient compared to Huanpeng! The room is clean and breakfast is OK, there is no good requirement for Oriental people!

We selected this hotel because they were pet friendly. The room had a good price and was very clean/comfortable. Our pets were welcomed and the front desk person, Karen, who checked us in was very nice and had a great sense of humor. The hotel was way back off the main road with a few u-turns, but we found it. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Once in the room, it is a living room, it feels special! I can make a simple meal, cook instant noodles for my son, vegetables, prawns, ham, eggs, crab sticks, and eat a meal suitable for Chinese stomach! The hotel's free breakfast is not bad! I must live next time.

The hotel is close to the No. 5 highway and it is very convenient to drive by car! Very cost-effective, 100D breakfast for four people, the best hotel for a few days along the way. Milk yogurt, the key is too late to eat, can also be packed. The room is more relaxed than Hilton Huanpeng. The bathrooms are all DOVE series.

I’m not sure that I had any pros about this place. Initially when I was looking for a place for us to stay since it was the last place we would stop on our way home it said one price and then when I got into the booking site it was more. When we first arrived the place appeared okay, however after getting the lights on i noticed this was going to be a rough night. The placed needed a seriously good dusting, didn’t look like some of the furniture had been dusted in months, and could see the dust in the air. The bed looked okay at first but as soon as you laid down it felt like you were laying on a stone table, I didn’t sleep at all. Next the bathroom: The exhaust fan was caked in dust and doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time. You can feel cold air coming from behind the electrical plates covering the outlet and also from a plate that had no use so this made the bathroom VERY COLD. Next no hot water at all from the sink or shower. We drove 13 hours, and was hoping for a shower before the last leg of our trip home but couldn’t do that and luckily I had enough sanitizer in my bag since you could t properly wash your hands. You could also see a long strip in the shower that needed caulking but didn’t have it and could see mold/mildew caked in there, not to mention it was extremely small like 2x3” Breakfast: TERRIBLE! Tasted like everything me and my daughter had, had been frozen and de-thawed multiple times, the coffee didn’t even appear to be fresh either. Had to get breakfast and coffee elsewhere, luckily there is a Starbucks right up the road.

GGuest UserVery cozy with beautiful landscape and gardens in full spring bloom with apple, plum, pear trees and grape vines laden with fruit. Love the mineral springs jacuzzi, salt water pool home style-cooked breakfast buffet. There are special touches like fresh flower arrangements, sunflower seeds around the trees for birds and squirrels, complimentary bath salts and plenty of pillows. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They granted me a 25% discount for being a military veteran. There is much to love about this place.

GGuest UserWe were on a two week road trip from Los Angeles to Vancouver and back, so we stayed at many different hotels. After seeing the reviews for The Ashland Hills we were excited to get back to a full service property, especially since it is privately owned. Many times older hotels that have been remodeled show signs of cost cutting but not here. The staff was very friendly and the room redo was flawless! No chipped tubs but rather large rooms with a cool retro vibe and the most comfortable beds we encountered on our trip. We ate dinner in their cafe Luna and it was great! If you want more bang for your buck be sure to give this hotel a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

GGuest UserFamily and I were actually planning to stay at an AirBnB for the weekend we visited. Last minute AirBnB cancelled on us, and we had to book this hotel at the last minute. Boy what a happy surprise! This hotel is easy to get to and clearly seen from I-5. The check in process was very easy. I showed up just a couple of minutes before check-in started and the Staff was great. They explained the room was not ready but I would receive a call when the room was ready. They clearly explained their staff was a little short which caused them to be behind. Completely understand. Within 20 minutes I had a call saying the room was ready. When we got back, they had the room key ready for me. I really appreciated the clear explanation with no fluff or clearly meaningless apologies. The room itself is amazing and could not be more happy. We are a family of 5, and finding an adequate sized room for all of us can be difficult. Not here at all! Actually bigger than expected and very clean, with ample storage space. I usually don’t comment on showers because its a shower. It does what it does. This shower is really nice though. Great shower head, an extra light specifically for the shower, and plenty of bathroom space to spread the personal stuff around. All around an awesome stay and will come back again.

GGuest UserThe place is clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 4th floor. It’s just noisy. After about 11:00 pm the road noise quiets down. The rooms are dated and the mattress had seen way better days. I mean the bed probably need to be replaced 5 years ago. The location is good and plenty of parking. I probably won’t stay here again. Don’t except your room to be cleaned every day. There was a notice that stated every 3 days due to staffing shortages. Understandable. But, the maid service was very friendly and willing to take my dirty towels and gave me fresh when asked. Also, they were generous enough to provide me with more coffee pods. Overall I was disappointed. The price was pretty good. For one night you might not mind.

GGuest User3 of us stayed at the Stratford Inn at the beginning of our road trip to Southern California. We chose the Stratford Inn based on reviews and its proximity to the Shakespeare Festival and restaurants. Upon entering our room, we noticed a musty smell. We opened the windows to air it out, but later that evening upon getting in to bed, the sheets were damp. Yuck! Also, it has a somewhat stocked kitchen with a few glasses, plates, etc, but no dishwashing soap and no handsoap. The bar of hand soap in the bathroom was so small, it didn't last overnight with 3 of us. There were food crumbs in the living area. The hot tub was closed (a determining factor in my choice of hotel) They have you fill out a form for breakfast (included). Each guest may choose a TOTAL of FOUR items, which we did. The next morning, we were each given a brown paper bag containing our breakfast. Although we each ordered a banana, there were none. Same with the yogurt. Orange Juice was supposed to be provided, there was none. We asked for extra oatmeal to make up for the missing items... they were out. We were on the road for 2 weeks. This was our least favorite place.

GGuest UserStayed here for one night to take a break from driving down to California from Seattle. The motel is pretty basic, but comfortable. Price was reasonable. Looks like the room has been recently renovated. Everything was clean, which I really appreciate. The room had a musty smell coming from the air conditioner. Like maybe some of the internal components were getting moldy. Someone had put an air freshener on the vent, but it didn't help very much. It didn't bother me much since I was only there for a few hours, but probably something that needs to be addressed. The location is excellent. Right in downtown Medford. A great little brew pub within walking distance. A really good breakfast restaurant next door.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel for a few days, and overall it was a good stay. It looks like they had recently remodeled, as the room seemed updated. The room was quite lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. The only drawback was no outlets on the side tables to plug in our phones, and we had to unplug the clock so we could plug in our phones. Bring a long cord and plug for your phone. Breakfast was sub-par for the Hilton brand. I stay at hotels, mostly Hilton, several times a month. I'd recommend going to a fantastic restaurant, Elmer's, which is a five-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a little coffee drive-thru that you can walk up to and grab a great cup of coffee! Overall I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.

GGuest UserWhile on a road trip, we stopped in Ashland, OR at this hotel. Customer service was super - even though it was around 11 pm. Our receptionist, Tiffany, offered us the lowest rate with my veteran discount. She explained where our room was and some of the other really neat shops and restaurants in town. And what a great attitude and enthusiasm! The parking lot was very full at this time and Tiffany moved her own car so we could have her parking spot. The hotel was well kept, very clean and in a lovely location. Our room was spacious and clean and no odors. Continental breakfast in the morning was also good. Upon checking out around 11 am, we met Isaiah at the front desk who was as equally friendly and helpful as Tiffany. Please commend these two individuals for having such a great attitude and personality and being so eager to assist two Veterans. We felt welcome and comfortable.

GGuest UserThis Best Western is in White City, it is NOT in Medford. It's an decent enough property, but the description is somewhat misleading. It is also in kind of a food desert - not much opportunity to eat nearby. There's a restaurant next door called The Apple Peddler, but you'd be much better off avoiding it. There are some pizza places and a very nice Starbucks across the street. Otherwise, it's a newish Best Western and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and the rate was OK.

Jjpratt8878This is an amazingly clean and modern hotel experience! The front desk agents are always willing and able to help with any problem and the maids do a wonderful job cleaning. The hotel was recently renovated. When I checked in it was a quick and smooth experience. I'll be coming back again soon!
