This was a great Motel. They were remodeling when we stayed but they not disturb us with any noise. The room was very clean & the sheets & towels had no stains or dirty spots on them. Very nice & courtesy people they have working there.

Me and my husband booked a room for our anniversary and I have to say I enjoyed myself. I showed up late for my room reservation but everyone was very nice and gave us no trouble. The room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The oak tree cafe was delicious for lunch and breakfast. The Casino floor staff was very nice and helped us figure out what we would like to drink from the bar. I have no complaints about my stay.

Very nice property that is poorly maintained. Although the following were included in an email to me prior to my visit, NONE OF THE FOLLOWING WERE AVAILABLE ON OUR 4th of July VACATION: Made to order breakfast (instead, wet powered eggs and a chafing dish of grits) Bar (oh! There WAS a bar. It was just not EVER OPEN) Room service upon request (NEVER made our room, delivered clean towels, ran out of tissues and toilet paper and had to go to front desk for more which appeared to take as much effort to get me these supplies as it took to build the pyramids in Egypt!) There wasn’t even an ink pen or pad in the room! Obviously I am disappointed by the lack of service at this Hilton property! The room price is high and service non-existent. The owners should pay their workers more because those who showed up for work deserve it and are obviously overwhelmed by the amount of work that is presented to them. This property is the WORSE MANAGED HILTON PROPERTY I have ever had the displeasure of staying!

I LOVE Hyatt!! I choose Hyatt when available in the city we visit and thankfully there was one in Biloxi next to Gulfport where my cousin lives. Our check in at the Front Desk was very pleasant with a warm smile and friendly tone. And in the room a lovely note was waiting for me thanking me for being a member and invitation to the Elite Trial Tier Promotion. Check our was an easy process too! The property was clean and well maintained and nicely decorated. Thank you Hyatt Biloxi!

GGuest UserThis was the cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed at. The bedding was clean and crisp, the bathroom was spotless, it smelled amazing, and it was very quiet. The staff was really good. The precious girl working the breakfast area was probably the friendliest and most helpful person that has ever worked for HIE. She had the best attitude and was eager to help each guest that came in for breakfast. I will definitely use this hotel again when we are in the area!

GGuest UserWhen I saw that this was an exterior Motel instead of an interior Hotel (which was what I was expecting from all previous Best Western Stays, my expectations were instantly lowered. But I have to admit, despite being located next to a truck stop, the room was surprisingly quiet. I didn't do use the breakfast for anything more than coffee, but I did see others in there eating eggs, bacon, biscuits & waffles and it smelled good. Internet worked as it should. Bed was what you expect. Floor had a slightly odd feeling to it. Overall this was a good value for what we paid, and given the same circumstances, we would stay here again.

GGuest UserWhen I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me!
The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news.
They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, ”Oh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!!
I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

GGuest UserThis is an older motel located along the interstate. It is good condition and they have made an effort to keep the place maintained. My room was large and everything worked as it should. They offered a minimal breakfast and this price was economical.
