We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was fantastic! Roomy and well maintained. Pillows wonderful. Terrific bed and bedding. We will be staying again.

We stay at this Residence Inn 4-8 times per year and have always been pleased. This time there were a few issues with our room. One toilet ran constantly, one bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke, and the floor tiles in the kitchen were loose.

We had a good, comfortable stay! My kids were just sad that the indoor pool was closed.

It was a great place to stay. We stayed in the two room swede and it was amazing. The only drawback was that they were redoing the pool. And we didn't know that to after we arrived. The staff was amazing the beds were comfortable. Chef joshua served wonderful breakfasts.

Beginning with the location, Residence Inn in Jackson, TN is very quiet and set in the middle of a lovely wooded area. The room is clean and all the amenities are what is to be expected from a Marriott. Breakfast is varied every morning and lively DJ will cheerfully assist with special requests such as offering to wrap your breakfast so you can take it with you. All the staff are courteous professionals and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. If I ever come this way again, I will certainly stay here!

I travel for my job, therefore stay in many hotels. Unfortunately, water was never hot. Luke warm at best. Both in the morning, and in the evening. You want a hot shower when you get done working a long day. Also, how are they washing the towels and linens with this temperature. Not very sanitary.
