Outstanding staff that makes all the difference in a good stay. They go way out of their way within their capability to make sure you have everything you need. This hotel is a safe and family friendly place, and of course pet friendly, clean and just has a good vibe.

We just had our worst hotel experience to date here. Short version is, is that they didn't honor our reservation, tried to split up our family, then went back on their "solution". The general manager Alexandra I dealt with the next day was hostile from her first interaction. Made accusations but wouldn't back them up and I'm just shocked that she's the representation of this location. She was a nightmare to deal with and threw her one employee under the bus who actually did try to help.

I would tell anyone that has to stay at a extended stay hotel in jacksonville nc to stay at the extended stay America in jacksonville nc the people are caring and helpful and look out for there guest and they welcome u with love and a smile and if u have pet they look out for tje pets as well as you and your family the room are clean and well keep and if u need any thing fixed or need and thing done they on top of it I give this hotel 5 stars because all of the workers and mangers do the best to do all they can for there guest and the pets thank you Delane Gearhart

Great place to stay!! Great staff!! Clean everywhere you go!!! Definitely recommend them!! Stacy is the best EVER!!! She has helped us In so many ways!!!! Very organized!! Cheap washers and dryers!! Book your next stay with them!! you definitely will not regret it!!!

Stacey and her entire team were fantastic the entire stay! They greeted us each time we arrived or left the facility. They were very accommodating with each of our request. The hotel is in a great location, was super clean and the bed was comfortable. 10/10 recommend this extended stay.

We came in for a little staycation at the Jacksonville location and we were greeted with great customer service as well as accommodations. The staff was absolutely amazing. They got us extra towels when we needed them and were very welcoming. They even helped us take some photos as we were leaving for a night out, I would recommend staying there the manager Stacy is absolutely welcoming and goes above and beyond to keep the site clean and hospitable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend family and friends to stay here.

First of all, I'd like to say that I've been all over the world I've been to many different hotel chains. I have to say that the extended stay in Jacksonville, North Carolina was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. The accommodations were clean. The staff is extremely friendly the manager Miss Stacy took amazing care of me and my guest, they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable

I've traveled enough to believe hotels are buildings. What makes the difference is the staff. The experience. Extended Stay Jacksonville has become more than lodging. It has become a home away from home due to the staff. Their friendliness, help, concern, attention to detail has turned a hotel stay into being at home.
