Jacksonville Inn

There were flies all in the bathroom. 1 towel. No soap or conditioner. Hair dryer didnt work. Bed was awful. Pillows were awful.

Noisy— upstairs you can hear people’s footsteps on hard surface floor, and them banging around/moving furniture— even late-1-2am— Staff was friendly, road construction around them was inconvenient. vinyl flooring had a golf-ball sized melted spot right in the middle of the floor. Older ac units don’t seem to have a “fan on” setting to block some of the noise outside.

No maid service, emptied own trash, roaches in room, never given clean towels or soap, bathtub looked dirty

What absolutely excellent service! I have never experienced such great service in any hotel before. The management here tries very hard and is successful. Very nice staff and housekeeping staff. This place was so peaceful. They have service down to an art. It is very hard to find great service like this. I have never seen service offered like this. I like the people, I like Arkansas. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. My Dad and I would like to thank you for a wonderful and restful stay.

Stayed here for several nights, each and every day I was here, housekeping was banging on my door, every single morning, this includes Saturdays and Sundays! I mean every single day this happened! They never missed a day, not one! There is no Do Not Disturb sign in the room and I think this is deliberate. You certainly will not rest here, that is for sure and forget about sleeping late. It was very, very harassing and unpleasant. At first I thought they were just trying to provide good customer service, then I realized it was just harassment. Apparently they think everyone that stays here is doing something wrong and they treat them like criminals. Everyday they wanted to clean the room. Cleaning the room is sweeping. Cleaning the bathroom is wiping down the mirror and putting towels in it. A mop has not touched this floor in years! The tubs are not cleaned neither are the floors mopped, when they do clean. I think it is just spying, very little cleaning takes place. The hotel housekeeping staff are the most inconsiderate that I have ever come across at any hotel or motel. I think they enjoy intruding on guests apparently the manager is for this. Made me feel very unwelcomed. They treat you here like you are doing something wrong. Absolutely awful. I would never recommend this place ever. They would not know what customer service was if it fell on them! I have never experienced this at any hotel or motel in my entire life and I certainly will not be returning ever. If you don't trust people and this is your way of "keeping an eye on things" by harassing the guests Every single day, then maybe you should be running a prision not a hotel! Avoid this place unless you like constant disturbance.

Great hotel the people at front handle everything I needed big rooms great place to stay I would choose this hotel great price and I think it’s the biggest hotel in Jacksonville Arkansas inside and outside rooms

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They’re are the only hotel I’ve been able to find that isn’t expensive and has smoking rooms.

It was cheap... got less than we paid for. The lobby was closed. Had to register and check out thru a night time after hours window. The sheets were clean but old. Should have been retired long ago. It's a shame they have let this place get kn such bad shape.
