We were tired after a long drive from Melbourne and needed to stop for the night. This hotel was close to the highway. The service was great. Ashlee helped answer a few questions about the area so we could order some food. Next time we are in Jacksonville we will come again

Pleasant employees , clean nice room. Curtis a maintenance gentleman was very nice n pleasant when changing out TV remote. Ladies at check in were professional and helpful. The lobby and restaurant area was clean and neat. The bar workers and employees in restaurant were helpful and pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at the Marriott. The hotel was so clean, and the staff were so friendly. Shout out to the front desk agent, Ashlee. She was so helpful at check in, and made our experience so much better. She’s definitely the agent you want to get at check in.

Ms.Nesha, Ms. Amy and Ms. Susan took care of me in the bar and gave extremely good care and service. The hospitality of them all was amazing and I appreciate them and this was our second time staying at this location for business purposes and I enjoy the bar restaurant each time.

June 10th 2024 marks the 2-year anniversary of my time spent at the Marriott Jacksonville on Salisbury Rd. I’ve been staying here Monday - Thursday ever week since June 2022. I have nothing but great things to say. As a 12+ year weekly traveler, this place has it down. At the front desk, there’s been some turnover… but overall great no matter who you deal with. I will say… I miss big Mike on the night shift as of recent. Huge loss for the hotel. In the room, beds and pillows are great. If your thermostat is off (like often it is in summertime Jax) just call down and maintenance will get you taken care of quickly. The bar service comes top of mind when reviewing. Whether you’re going non-alcoholic, or having a drink+ to support networking/after hours work…. This crew will take care of you. Must mention Joe, Amy, Nesha, and Susan…. Each of whom ask to see updated pictures of my 4 month old every Monday. Hats off team. Thanks and keep up the great work. - Devon

This hotel was a great stay! Matt and Ben were very helpful and knowledgeable and made the check in process a breeze with a warm welcome. The service received was wonderful. Really enjoyed my stay, I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Jacksonville area.

My flight was delayed. I booked at another hotel but the doors were closed. I headed across the street, they were also closed hotels. I walked into the Marriott. Matt front desk was able to help me book a room in a tough situation at 1:00 a.m. quality matters A long day and stress day. Ended on a good note. Kudos to Matt and Randy's. Marriott Salisbury Jacksonville, my go-to.
