I had a great time the only thing that messed up my stay is the lady at the counter said I had to put 20 dollars extra on my room for amenities and said if I don't charge anything to the room I'd get my money back as soon as I check out well I checked out and I'm still waiting for them to give me my money back

Everything is perfect!

Great option close to JAX, shuttle service worked perfectly, and Angelina was super welcoming!

Good hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but the transportation is convenient, good

The environment and facilities are complete, much better than the first day. There is a rich breakfast. The front desk staff is very friendly. The staff kindly guided us the way, which is quite considerate.

Overall not bad

Good hotel to stay after or before a flight, very close to the airport. They have a nice pool, breakfast and clean, spacious rooms along with a free airport shuttle service.

The property is close to the airport and offered a shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle wouldn’t start but the clerk called a Lyft for us and covered the cost. The sausage biscuits at breakfast were tasty!

Light over sink in bathroom was very dim and when we asked to get it replaced we were told there was no maintenance on duty on the weekend. We were asked if we wanted to move and with my mom and her walker and already unpacked, we said no. I feel the handicap accessible room we were in had not been used in a while so no one knew about the light. The bed covers barely fit the king size bed and the curtains on the window would not stay closed. There was only 1 elevator which I found inconvenient. I will never stay at a Fairfield Inn and Suites ever again.

Had a brief stay here and it did the job. Affordable, overall clean, good breakfast options.

No vending machines on premise, shower and tub faucet broken. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff were good but apologetic for hotel shortfalls

Fine budget 2 1/2 star hotel. All as expected. Breakfast was good—real eggs vs. powdered alternatives at breakfast.

Very nice older hotel. Excellent service and staff. I would recommend this hotel.
