It's was a beautiful experience going to Jacksonville to visit Family and staying there. Every part of the room and the hotel was neat and clean. The breakfast was good also. Stretch parkings but everything else perfect.

I loved the cleanliness, and the staff most of all. They were extremely pleasant and helpful with great attention to detail. The location was also very good, close to restaurants, and shopping. Two coffee shops just steps away was an added bonus. The only negatives were that there were areas on the wall with scratches that need attention, and the patio set is out front too close to the curb. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Room not ready until 4:15. Guess everyone has employee problem. Not a big deal. Everyone very friendly

Excellent Hotel. Staff are very friendly. Room and bathroom were clean and had everything you would need. The only thing that was a problem was the bed. In the picture it looks soft and comfortable, but it is hard. I felt like I was lying on springs. Had to lay on the couch. No sleep that night.

Friendly and promptly checked in at arrival. No fills but just what we wanted for the night. Clean, very quiet, comfy and nice area to stay when in Jacksonville. They offer a Mayo Clinic discount if interested. Small breakfast options - cereal, bagels, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bananas, apples, oranges and turkey sausage. Coffee bar was a nice option until the noon hour. We’ll be back!!

Had an appointment early at Mayo Clinic which was 3 miles away and this place was significantly cheaper than the one at the hospital. The room was clean, full service and the facility had everything you could want for an extended stay. Staff was very friendly.

Our stay was fine. My sister is a Mayo patient and hotel gave us a quiet room, and weather really bad really fast, so the lady at the desk let us extend our stay for another night. The property was fine and the hotel employees were great.

We have to come up to Mayo Clinic-each time we stay at a different place-NO longer-this will be the place we stay every time. It’s great. We have an extended stay coming up and this place is going to be perfect-it has a mini kitchen and a desk to work at.

This is my second time staying at the hotel. Convenient location. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I was also traveling with dogs and they are pet friendly which is great!

The trip starts with no available parking for a guest. All parking was sold for wedding tents and large vehicles for the guests of that wedding. Reception has only one option to fix that problem cancel my reservation. And with the chances that my car will towed I have parked at the parking of the next business. Nonsleep night due to stress at the check-in and loud AC. Early check out and have found that breakfast has nothing to Grab and Go. Everything was looked delicious but for the seating breakfast. Wish they had muffins or breakfast bars for those who can’t spare 15 min to get a normal breakfast.

This place was super cute and just what we needed for a quick one night stay. Located within walking distance or a short drive of so many restaurants. Breakfast was as nice! Will come again.

I stayed in RM503. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The handle for the shower fell off. I reattached it myself. Overall, my one-week stay was excellent.
