We just got to the TownePlace suites in Jacksonville Butler Boulevard today For a one night stay and when we first got to this hotel, it looked very nice and it was in a great location when we checked in the lady was very nice and accommodating. She told us about when breakfast was and Told us about the Wi-Fi we booked A studio King room for the stay, but because my mom is a Marriot Bonvoy platinum elite member, we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite when we got into our room we noticed that it was a handicap room and we were fine with it because of how big it is she also told us that they were sold out of the other two bedroom suites for the night, which is fine but when we got into the room, the room looks so spacious everything is so organized And the beds are very comfortable, and even the living room is nice as well, but overall, this is a great hotel and I do want to say a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team who go above and beyond to clean the rooms and expedite the check-in process. We are gonna try the breakfast tomorrow to see how it goes, but in the meantime, this is a great hotel to stay in and I do recommend this hotel. Thank you

Staff is very gentle Like the location near Mayo Clinic I’m a patient there that’s the reason I go to this hotel that is near have a kitchen and is very clean! Pet friendly and I can be with my dog I highly recommend this hotel specially to those who goes to Mayo.
