The units are spacious, clean and have everything you need to feel at home. The laundry worked perfect, the grounds are manicured and the pool is beautiful. The staff and security people are super nice and professional. Would stay there again for sure.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS PROPERTY! This was a beautiful, well kept condominium with security at the gate to welcome you in. Nelson the security at the gate was very helpful with luggage and giving great recommendations for first timers in Costa Rica! He showed us around and helped with questions about the property. The pool and common areas are clean, well kept and regularly maintained. The rooms inside were spacious, clean, and had chairs inside if going to the beach!

So, we had an issue with our Airbnb not being what we expected and had to find another place to stay. We don't like hotels because there isn't enough room and we didn't want to chance another Airbnb, so luckily we found this place. It was perfect. First, the location is within walking distance to anything you could need (restaurants, shopping, groceries, the beach). Second, the service is incredible. There was always someone there to answer the phone when we had issues or questions and everything was responded to immediately. Thirdly, it felt safe. It is gated and there is always someone at the gate. Every time we left or were returning there was someone at the gate joyfully greeting us. Fourthly, it felt clean. We like to stay at nice places, my husband is very adamant about cleanliness. We had no issues here. The condo was clean (no bugs, dirt, etc.). The landscaping was so beautiful. The pool was clean. The maids came every other day. They had recycling. Lastly, it didn't feel crowded or touristy. There wasn't a lot of noise and we had our own little patio so it felt secluded. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for much more. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation. We were so lucky to have found this place for our trip.

Everything was super nice. Best housekeeping we've had maybe ever. Felt very safe. Pool was sparkling and well maintained. All employees were friendly. Even had our dishwasher go out and they replaced it within a day!!
Would definitely go back.

Beautifully landscaped, the condos are spacious and clean. The kitchens are well equipped with all essentials. The patios extend the length of the condo, and the furniture is comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are. always sparkling and cleaned daily. This is a condo that vacationers come back to annually, many renting for months at a time. Every person on this staff will make you feel welcomed and will accommodate your needs. Their amazing

This is my second time coming to this location and have booked again. I honestly can't say enough about All the staff. They are all very helpful, pleasant and happy. What ever you need they will help you arrange. The location is perfect and close to everything. the condo was very spacious and had everything needed for a great stay. The pool and bbq areas are also very nice and i enjoyed both with all the friendly people also staying in the complex.

Awesome get away with friends Let me just start by saying Christian the manager awesome individual helped out with all my arrangements getting condos situated for everyone group of eight guys. We all have stayed in Jaco for the past 10 years this place by far one of the best condo complexes in the area. Fany and Karen helped out tremendously with all our transportation and excursions they went way beyond expectations and always had a smile on their faces. The girls are a tremendous asset to getting all the work done. The security as well as grounds keepers all go above and beyond and make u feel like family. Very safe and clean complex. The maid service always willing to help you out in whatever you need. We really can’t say enough about this condo it was by far one of the best vacations we have had going to JACO. We will all be returning back 2023 possibly with a bigger group. Would like to think Christian Fany ,Karen and the whole staff at Montecarlo for giving us this great experience. Looking forward to next year‘s vacation. Thanks so much Anthony
