Decent room and basic. Resort is RIGHT on the beach, and stunning beatiful beach indeed! Nice pool and restaurant and bar with ocean view. Resort is about 10 minute drive from Jaco. Staff friendly and attentive.

El hotel es muy bonito con vista al mar (no para nadar, pero la vista es espectacular). El servicio de recepción es de muy buena atención, pero en el restaurante algunos meseros se tardan hasta para un vaso con agua. Los cocteles son precarios, un tanto artificiales y sin gracia. Es un lugar hermoso que solo requiere mejor servicio en el bar, porque hay que aceptar que los alimentos son muy buenos, se tardan pero están muy sabrosos. Contacto con la naturaleza excepcional (coati, papagallos, iguanas, tucanes, etc.), olas enormes para surf o disfrutar el sonido y la vista.

Do not go here to eat. Service is horrible, horribly slow, food is average, and they forgot one of our meals. And even after they forgot, it was 30 minutes to get it. Avoid. There are other places local to eat with better food and service, and cheaper prices.

The young girl upfront with long hair was very courteous and spoke English well.

Atención de quinta por parte de los meseros del hotel adicional a la pésima calidad y contenido de los alimentos. El personal del hotel grosero y con la pésima costumbre de hacer "mala cara" cuando solicitas algo. Todo lo anterior a pesar de dejarles propina. Para colmo el trato es discriminatorio dándole atención a los turistas gringos y canadienses. Afortunadamente son poco los lugares así en Costa Rica
