Room facilities expected of Holiday Inn Express standards. One of the cupboard handles in my room was barely able to hold on to the cupboard door, and would fall off if not careful. Perhaps, the room maintenance could be up-kept better.Otherwise, the staff were generally polite and service oriented.

Hotel is nice and modern. Staff are helpful and moved my room immediately when I complained about an obnoxiously loud room next to me. The location however is rather shocking. Once you leave the hotel you will see mounds of rubbish, human waste and overall mess. You cannot blame the hotel for that but it is a shocking thing to see which makes the experience feel less positive. The hotel is good but the surroundings are appalling.

The hotel is new and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and the food provided at the hotel was delicious. A surprise was the free "high-tea" provided every afternoon on the rooftop! It was such a welcome event every afternoon!
The hotel is not near the old centre, but it's easy to get transport into town.
I enjoyed my stay here.
