Excellent property, wonderful food. But service is really poor. The resort is very quaint, unassuming. However the rooms are luxurious with the heated pool really amping up the charm. The food is outstanding in its freshness and the taste. However, the service is really poor! No reply to emails (I wrote thrice). Was my kids bday and they said that a cake will be sent, but it never came. The price point for such service is truly not ok. I hope they can improve their service standards and just have better acknowledgement of guests’ requests. I must say that the room service in general was prompt.

Had a great time at the resort, big shout out to Chef Prakash and his team especially Khushboo made sure that food served during the stay was great and according to our needs. Yogi ji and chef prakash even gave kids a well explained bakery class. Lallu ram ji gave us amlas to take away with. We are taking so many memories from here. Loved the place, people and peace of the bageecha.
