Not great and would avoid at all cost. Suitable for locals. Rooms are dated. Clean but dated. Would rather pay more and stay comfortably in a modern hotel. Breakfast was good though. Towels are old and hard. Location is excellent on Amer Rd. Maybe 4/10. Won’t be back and won’t recommend it.

It's advertised as a four-star hotel, but it doesn't deserve that rating. There was no hot water and no room cleaning service. I paid for three days of half-board, and they charged me for drinks at dinner. Furthermore, the staff compensates for their lack of professionalism with good manners and a better attitude. For the same price, I could stay at an international five-star hotel, which will be my next choice when I return to Jaipur.

Felt room littel small for a family of 3, but rest all facilities were good. Location of the hotel is very good in the main market area so everything is accessible still not much noise, clean and neat. Food also was good, service is very good.

Had an amazing stay! We were upgraded to a better room for free, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was great and the rooftop was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.
