Best hotel!! Staff is wonderful and kind all the time. The food was delicious and always attentive to any request. I highly recommend Shiv villas for tourists visiting Jaipur. Excellent hotel and experience! Will be back soon and again and again ! Best, Mariana from Colombia

Very nice breakfast and friendly staff! They were very attentive. Ankit and sahil were very nice and made sure to accommodate our requests. The paneer parantha and aloo subzi was delicious. Their fresh food is great. Also liked their soups a lot!

The overall experience was great. The entertainment show and service was nice. The food at restaurant served by Ankit, Mahendra and Surinder is a must try. The property is lavish and clean. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff is very attentive.

Since we arrived at the hotel we felt like royalty. all the staff made us extremely welcome and always feel like at home. We were received with a welcome juice drink and our check-in was made in the main hall which is opulent. The room which was a suite was great; has all the facilities that one would expect. Also, had a great dining experience the first night. breakfast exactly at the time we requested it every day. The next we return to in Jaipur, within the next six months we will stay here.. The manager and specially Nadia who was at all times looking for us, catering to our requests immediately! I had a relaxing . Massage which was great after a long tourism day. I recommend this place , very well located only at 15 minutes from the fort which makes it very convenient to start the day.

Excellent hospitality, facilities and food. Lots of space for group activities and sports. Very nice rooms, well equipped and well serviced. We came with a group for annual planning meeting and fun, we enjoyed the place very much, thanks!

The stay was luxurious giving royalty feels at every corner of the palace, the food was good but variety was less. Mr Deepak and Mr Ankit served us well at the restaurant and everything was taken care of.It was an overall one of the best stays of my Jaipur trip.

I will summarize my review in 4 major points. 1. They charged me for extra bed as i request for bit bigger cot for my 2 year old daughter. 2. The hotel's occupancy was 25-30 percent (told by the staff as they failed to provide buffet due to low occupancy) but still they failed to proved two rooms on the same floor. 3. Server for wifi/internet was down. 4. Fungus on baby pool's corner as filtration system for baby pool was not working.
