The location is not great, being far from the airport and the center of Jaipur, but the price is low, the grounds are spacious, and the rooms are also large.
I stayed in several hotels in India, but the drawback was that none of them had heating, so I was very grateful that this hotel had heating.

The service was superior right from the check in i had to wait for long time and staff did not know which room to be allocated (some other guest came after were given rooms but we were waiting) , and finally after wait of 45 min got the room which was not what i had paid for . They put us in the back side room where as we had booked for garden view. On complaining for room change , Requested to talk to Manager and he did not turnup , another wait for half hr and they try to prepare the room. By the way we did not arrive early as we requested early checkin coz of bad weather n traffic jam.
Manager here seems to have high ego or coward , does not want to face or listen to the customer so one can know wht to expect. He just put it onto front desk staff to handle.
Food was not so good , so i wished i had better booked some international brand hotel , instead of trying the hotel with some nice traditional look .
Poor staff trying to help themselves by running the show , looked like .

Pride Amber Vilas is a beautiful property. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was great. Sapna in dining was very attentive and helpful and all our needs were catered for. The location is a bit out of the city but the quieter location suited us. Would highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay in Pride Amber resort. All staff members are very attentive, helpful and courteous.
My special thanks to Mr Mahesh( from Bandhani restaurant) and Mr Saini ( Who helped sorting out our reservations).
Will definitely come back.

Property is really beautiful and staff is also very cooperative. whole family enjoyed cycling, badminton, cricket and spent some relaxing time here. Its just opposite to Chokhi Dhani so very comfortable for us to reach there. Muskan from Sales team is very professional who helped me in booking and provided all the information well in advance so thanks for all the help Muskan. Will surely stay here whenever plan for Jaipur in future.

Relaxing and refreshingly-great service
Excellent service, facilities and room. Helpful and friendly staff. We loved the pool. It's a bit far out of town and the surrounding area isn't terribly nice, but as a getaway after some hectic touring, it's a great option.
