I booked for one more day so I instead of 1-4 march , we added march 5 also. We paid for it,in 2 blocks .. March 1-4 & march 5 , got a voucher but the front desk lady G, Pandaya refused to honour it and asked us to check out on the 4 th. She was extremely rude. She said it was a spam. When l showed the proof she still refused to honour it.
Will not suggest staying at Clark’s amber.

The rooms are stinking of urine and not at all clean.
The staff refuses to acknowledge the problems, avoid staying at all costs

Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

Staying at the Clark Amer Jaipur, a five star hotel was very surprising 1. Staff - not rude but appeared most unconcerned, everywhere, at the reception, in the dining area etc, 2. Washroom. Slides instead of swing, The slides have become old and need force and are creaky when opened / closed. 3. Washroom. The wash basin is so low that you need a very flexible back to bend to wash hands. Not enough light to shave properly 4. Washroom : No hooks. So keep the clothes on the floor 5. Breakfast. Examples of food quality : Masala Dosa had boiled potatoes, Upma had no salt, Sambhar was more rasam. 6. Breakfast. Least and worst quality fruits seen at any 5 star hotel breakfast 6. Pizza at the hotel cafe - had nearly no cheese (see photograph) 7. Main dining area is only Buffet style, For ala carte they have ony 3 tables in a small room. Travellers should choose this hotel only if they have run out of all other options of five star hotels in Jaipur.

We had our conference by the name of GSK . All the arrangements was excellent. Staff was very nice. Food was excellent. Would recommend this hotel for wedding and conference.
