Far nicer than the shallow choice of name would suggest. Not glitzy at all, no chandeliers, stretch limos, or gaudy colour scheme; just a lowkey and pleasant restaurant. Food was pretty OK and the staff were too. Great spot to nip off down the street to get a real view of backstreet Jaipur and India. Very friendly it was too.

As a three star some things were anticipated like slow service, rude staff, and missing amenities. But the tariff over and above that actually doesnt make sense. If you are with a guide, you will be served breakfast or you would be asked to self serve, two hours for hot water because the system is centralized to the whole building, blanket cover given only when asked, no customization of even an omlet, rude staff saying “apne aap le lo chai” are some of the services we got when we took a higher value room with them costing for three people.

location wise it's very good. The staff are very friendly. Neat and clean. Big own parking space. Not tried food, but visited the area. It was very nice. Cons:
room infrastructure is a bit outdated. Tried to give rajasthan feel that's good but a bit of improvement required. The main door is not locking properly or can say door fittings are not good, which i feel is very important when staying with family, same in the washroom.

Holiday in Jaipur We stayed at this hotel for two nights, first night we got there late we went into the hotel not even a hello or welcome drink,we’re sent to our room and it was dark and dismal, we thought to have a shower, we wait for it to get hot but nothing happened phoned reception he came up but nothing happened so we couldn’t have a shower as it was cold. The same happened in the morning but this time we did get some hot and cold water.

Overall it was good experience to stay at hotel glitz jaipur, it was located on amer road so all the tourist places are near by that's why it was very convenient for us to cover all the locations in 2 days, also staff was very supportive and they also help/guide us. Rooms are very neat and clean.

If you find yourself at this hotel you have likely fallen victim to one of Delhi's most common scams. You will be taken to a 'tourist information centre' in Delhi and then forced to pay a lot of money to go here. In my case I landed at Delhi airport at 4am then was taken to a slums and forced to pay $500 to stay here. The hotel is disgusting, the staff some of the rudest people I have ever met, the beds are very uncomfortable, the location is terrible and extremely noisy, the sheets are covered in stains and there is no hot water. After speaking to some helpful locals the hotel is apparently only used by the scam tour companies to get money from foreigners and all the good reviews online are fake. Please save yourself lots of hassle and don't book a room here or fall victim to this terrible scam.

My son was abducted from the airport in Delhi India snd taken to this hotel , who were in on the scam He was on an organised trip but he went a few days earlier to Delhi to see the sights before the trip started . He landed at Delhi airport 01.30 am snd a *** in the airport ordered him a “taxi” to take him to his hotel 20 mins away . It wasn’t a taxi . It drove for a bit , then pulled over 2 men got in and said his hotel in Delhi was full and they would take him as part of a “trip” to a hotel they knew . They then took him 250 miles to Jaipur . He was in the car for over 5 hours took £400 cash off him and dropped him at this hotel in Jaipur in the middle of nowhere . The British consulate snd gap year 360 are aware of what happened but there is little they can do , due to the widespread corruption in the country . Basically he was targeted by fraudsters .and this hotel was part of the scam . Sadly he cut his trip short and came back to the Uk earlier than planned. A terrifying experience for him .

The only good thing about this hotel is its location; many sightseeing points are nearby. Rest all arrangements were absurd. The room was unmaintained - commode was leaking, kitchnette was not clean, and the staff was not well behaved. Overall, i didn't like my stay at all and won't recommend it to others.
