The people are very nice. The hotel doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel. It feels unclean and dated.

Great location. Nice hotel. Extremely close to the attractions. Hotel staff are great but they partner with these vendors and taxi drivers who harrass you in the lobby

My wife and I stayed at Fern Residency in Jaipur for 3 nights on separate occasions - Oct 31, Nov 4, Nov 6. Our experience in terms of check-in, accommodation provided and service were excellent. On Nov 5th, when we went on 1 night trip to Ranthambore, we left most of our luggage at Fern Residency cloak room. Big help, as we didn’t have to lug it around during travels.
The food at Fern Residency restaurant was excellent. Buffet Breakfast was sumptuous and very tasty. We also had ala carte lunch and dinner on 1 occasion each and buffet dinner twice and we were not disappointed.
Service was good and staff was quite attentive. Recommend for anybody looking for a comfortable stay

Clean and well located hotel. Many Europeans in this hotel. The breakfast had western options as well as Indian options. We were satisfied with the service.

Staff were very nice and courteous.
Rooms were maintained ok.
Gym contained 3 pieces of equipment.
Bathroom had a smell on day 3 of staying there. First two were fine.

Good hotel with reasonable price. All staffs are very helpful. I am very impressed. I stayed for my anniversary and asked the receptionist to prepare a small cake for me. It was wonderful. They did as requested. The cake was lovely and it was delicious. Everything was great. I recommend this hotel. Please do not hesitate to book 🩷
