Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was very good, but the only regrets were that the towels were collected on the second day but were not replaced with new ones, and that the refrigerator could not be used.
However, everything else was very good. The interior was nice and clean, and the morning of the second day had to be around 5:30 a.m., so they prepared breakfast for me to take out and even made me coffee. I did.

Stayed at The Lalit visiting from USA for a family wedding, and found this hotel top notch with service, amenities and cleanliness. Morning breakfast was something to come back again and again. I will visit this location again when I am coming back to Jaipur.

Rithik is a very sweet host, always there to help and very approachable. Hotel stay was very comfortable and warm. Thank you for the stay, the breakfast was good. The service staff is very helpful and caring. Over all an awesome and memorable experience

Hi all. The Lalit Jaipur is the best venue for weddings. Superb lawns and good hospitality. The food is absolutely yummy and very sumptuous. Chef Manohar ji is very polite and helpful. His recommendation of menu was superb 👌 and also helped us with the wedding meals go smoothly and with great taste. He is loyal to the hotel and true to his guests. Thanks Lalit for everything in the wedding 🙏🏻.

Firstly the hotel is nice and well situated. However my experience when checking out has meant it only gets 3 stars. I stood patiently at the reception desk to check out whilst the member of staff dealt with another guest. An India *** then stepped in front of me and the staff member then started to deal with him as well. I was left standing there obviously waiting to be dealt with whilst she decided to deal with the Indian guest rather than me. Even when I complained she didn’t seemed phased and continued to deal with him. I made a complaint to the manager who said he would counsel her which he then proceeded to do there and then in front of another guest. I would have thought he’d at least take her to one side. Also when you use the main restaurant there is no one to greet you or take your room number and it was a bit of a free for all to find a table and then keep it as you go and get your food. Anyway, this left a rather disappointing view of the hotel after what was a great tour. I don’t think the service lives up to its star rating.

They made chicken for my kid.. which was very good. Rajender. Dia were very helpful. Also. I loved it that they give job to transgenders and people with disabilities. Huge respect. Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Had a great time at this property. It was clean my husband and kids were visiting India for first time from US and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. My highlight of the stay was the Spa. Sandeep - manager of Spa was extremely polite and helpful. Very professional and took great care of my needs. Spa staff is well trained the rooms are calm and clean. I loved my Swedish massage session it was relaxing. They have a wide range of services to pick from. I would highly recommend to try the Lalit Jaipur Spa. Once again thanks Sandeep for your great hospitality!!

Really poor hotel with rooms that smelt damp, the most unhelpful staff that were poorly managed . The restaurant was badly organised, no order taken in 30 minutes when we had to go and order ourselves , staff seemed confused and managers disinterested. On check out it was all too hard . The worst hotel we have stayed at during our 3 week stay in India
