We had booked a cottage online, but upon arrival, we were given a different room than what was shown. Additionally, the service was very poor. We ordered food, but it was served almost an hour after placing the order.

We had planned our wedding anniversary celebration at Chokhi Dhani Resort Jaipur and paid the full amount in advance. Unfortunately, a serious medical emergency struck our family, and all we requested was a simple reschedule — not even a refund. What followed was deeply disappointing: ❗ Completely Ignored Communication - Multiple calls to the resort went unanswered — someone picked up only after the fifth attempt. - Spoke with Arya, Sakshi, and Jaswant — none could offer any help or even basic clarity. - Sent three emails, received only one reply. - No response at all to multiple WhatsApp messages. ❗ Insensitive Policy During a Medical Crisis Despite explaining the situation multiple times, we were told we must pay ₹2,500 + GST just to reschedule — even after having paid the entire amount upfront. At a time when empathy and flexibility were most needed, the resort showed indifference and rigid policies. Guests don’t remember décor or buildings — they remember how they were treated when they needed understanding the most. This experience has left us deeply upset, and I hope the management reflects on this, so no other family has to go through such unresponsiveness and insensitivity during a crisis.

We had a great experience during our stay here for our family vacation. Their are tons of activities for kids and the resort campus is very well maintained. If we get a chance, we will come again!
