I have already paid the full amount for 2 days hotel stay. But when i reached the hotel they said there is no room available. After arguing a lot as i have judiciary paper the next day and it was around 11 pm when i reached the hotel they finally arranged for other hotel which was also not goos

Amenities like wifi, geysers are a hoax, not available. Bedsheets were stained and torn, we left in the morning giving the room keys and they were not changed when we came back. The manager was not aware of our check-in through so they hadn't reserved any rooms. We were given two different rooms for super deluxe booking, one of which was definitely not super deluxe. On questioning, the manager said they were deluxe although we knew the difference in the rooms. The rooms were not cleaned for our arrival and I doubt they were sanitized as well. I will suggest never to stay at this place. Not even 1/4th the money, they are charging.
