Convenient location. All the basics are there. Not luxury of course, but overall everything is very decent. The staff is friendly. Excellent restaurant in the hotel where you can have dinner.

The location was very convenient. It was just the right distance away from the busy tourist area but accessible by a short rickshaw ride.
The service and staff were excellent. They catered for any request and were extremely attentive. There were not many amenities in the rooms and the towels were stained to the point that we couldn’t use them. If you did need anything extra the staff were very helpful to provide it.
The rooftop is not accessible outside of breakfast which isn’t clearly stated and would’ve been good to know before booking.

We book hotel sarang palace it’s amazing place to stay rooms are neat and clean u feel comfortable there staff are friendly and always ready to help and guide it’s very obligated we are happy to stay with friends location also close to city bus stand and railway station is not so far must visit once

We went to this hotel with my family I had a terrible experience by checking the hotel room, so small and tiny, which was not expected as per the pictures I had a talk with the front office. He told me that we have only this one room left in this category, which doesn’t look like premier Room. I asked him to change my room, but he said that in the morning, we can do something, but you have to manage today It was terrible experience of the check in Also, they wasted our time during the check-in process Later, when we asked in the morning to change our room, they asked for the keys which which were already handed over to them in the morning and wasted by unnecessary talks. Later at night when we were just talking normally in the room and sitting quietly, some people came and said that we are getting complaint from the neighbours. Kindly speak slowly, which is completely foolish. I recommend everyone to kindly refrain from booking this hotel and find some other good properties nearby. Kindly avoid doing booking in this hotel at all.

Comfortable large bed, good bath and bathroom. The large projection screen instead of a TV is misguided providing no useful purpose. We found the breakfast to have limited choices and the dining room itself was a bit dark. Service was good.

Definitely not a 4-star! Firstly, check in took soo much time. Since I am a foreigner, I have to write my information in their logbook. They said that it's for tourism purposes. They could have done it themselves since they are taking a copy of my passport and visa. After check in, we noticed the washroom isn't even clean and the commode had urinal stains on it! After multiple calls, it took another 30 mins for the reception to send someone to clean the washroom. The person who came to clean the washroom brought just a dirty towel. He first cleaned the inside of the commode with it, then cleaned the outside with the same towel (not kidding) and then proceeded to clean the flush button on the wall. When I complained that why are using the same dirty towel everywhere and why are you even using a towel, his reply was I am the only person who is doing all the work! And of course there were mosquitoes! They sent the repellent machine after multiple calls. Breakfast options were okay. But the breakfast area is so small and cramped. Definitely not worth the money spent.

The place is good. It is true to the pictures. The stay has been swift. It is also centrally located which makes travelling to other places easy. The guard was sweet and warm. And there is parking also available. All and all a good place to spend the vacation
