Such cold weather but room do not have heater making the stay every day very cold till me get sick

They have an issue of booking confirmation and payment issues,i shared them booking and payment recipients but they again saying me you have pending payments!!! so please first update all operating systems!

Hotel managers are not cooperative. I have booked a one day stay here through Trip.com. But after check out they are denied to Provide the Tax invoice.
