Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

Looks more like a 3 star hotel. The amenities are not managed well.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

This property not belong to star property. Rooms are so old not updated bathroom not too good and no bathroom amenities.

Very good hotel, clean and well located. The staff is very attentive. Impeccable breakfast service.

pasta was the best ever that I have had Indian food ladies fingers also excellent room and extra bed and view was great Kajal was serving and she was very sweet and caring wish her all the best in life location was very central and parj8ng was available checking and baggage handling was perfect

We had a problem in booking via app-Agoda, and then difficulty continued until the check-in, But the manager Saurabh helped us as he controlled the damage and made our stay comfortable, Samay singh was also helpful from the travel desk, Meena from the restaurant was helpful with our meals and certain concerns at the restaurant. Although, the start wasn't good but it wasn't the end until it got better. Kudos for the team work.

1. Issues at check-in. Told us to wait and have a seat but no where to sit 2. Booked 3 people and was offered 2 twins and a cot. However when came back to room, additional bed was not set up. Waiting from 9pm-11pm with no bed. Was offered a mattress to sleep on floor as no more folding beds available. Like what??!!! Then was offered another room with a cost! I said absolutely not. So offered another room with king bed. Had to wake up my sleeping daughter to switch rooms at 11:30 3. No concierge service. Asked to help make resos at a restaurant and was told sorry, they can only book at thier own restaurants! 4. Only 2 bath towels with 3 people in room. When asked for a third, was told to swap with used one! 5. Property was extremely dilapidated and run down. Room was basic and bathroom had no amenities. More like a 1*

We had an excellent stay at Ramada for 1 nights. Food and room both were excellent. We were given upgrade and personal attention was given by everyone , chefs and FBB team. Special thanks to Mr. Chef Rajendra for their hospitality and professionalism. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
