We stayed one night, but we noticed that the pillows did not look clean (they were dirty), which needs to be improved. Regarding the service, they were kind.

Iconic hotel with perfect location. Very close to many nice restaurants and facilities and close to the touristy spots (by car). Location is unbeatable. The hotel is a bit old as it is an iconic building but all the basic necessities are covered and the building is well maintained.

A very good experience in this hotel. People here are complaining about the smell, but it was not a problem at all during our stay. The room was clean and cozy, we got all service we need. We also admire owner's approach, when he is giving work to people from local communities. It's really amazing approach.

A comfortable and clean hotel with excellent service in centre of Jaipur. The provided room was spacious and bed comfortable. There was no night time noise, we had a great rest thanks to the above. The hotel has all the basics... parking space, hot water and great wifi. The shops, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity. A number of attractions like palace, museums and other landmarks are within 15 min by car / taxi. The staff is friendly and helpfull. A number of our requests was promptly resolved or suggestions provided when adequate. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in a superb hotel. Good and quiet (for India) location, nice and large rooms, great staff. We stayed for 6 nights in total, and had a great rest. Whenever we needed something, the staff was fast to provide it. It was clean and comfortable. Can gladly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Shikha and had a really good time. The staff greeted us so friendly every time we entered the lobby and helped us wherever they could. They refilled the tea and filtered water, whenever we needed. The room was very tidy and equipped with all you need. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a lot of nice restaurants around. We can really recommend staying here.

I didn't like the hotel service at all; the rooms were quite okay, but the service was very bad. The food tasted good, but the prices were like touching the sky. A regular cup of coffee, which has just an ordinary taste, which we can make at home, for that they charged me ₹100. For room service I had to call the receptionist again and again. While dining in the hotel, even just for the spoon, I had to ask the staff so many times. As a tourist, it is obvious that you leave for the sightseeing as early as possible, so definitely getting a cleaning service in the morning is a must, but when I asked for it, they said the cleaning service is available after noon. The hotel doesn't even have a lift, so it was so difficult to carry bags. The bathrooms are very small compared to images shown on their websites. I won't recommend this hotel at all.

It is very good for staying in the centre of Jaipur city. Neat and clean rooms on the reasonable price. Professional and friendly staff. They always provided needed services and information which was very helpful. Hotel Shikha situated in the middle of Jaipur city so we can go any where in the city without any problem.
