I had no trouble at all. There was no hot water from the shower lol. Room service was also delicious.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was very comfortable, elegant, neat and clean. Room service was good and staff was very very supportive. Mahesh at the reception desk was always helpful and cooperative. Most importantly although I had gone alone, I never felt apprehensive or out of home. Although I was alone, they gave me a big and beautiful room. Strongly recommend.

It’s a very good stay for the price. We actually reached at 3 am due to some travel issues but there were people to welcome us. This was my third visit at jaipur and it was for wedding photoshoot of a nepali couple we mostly stayed out of hotel whole day and had our food outside so cannot really judge about the food but staffs were also ok.

They have mentioned that Air conditioner will be provided but when you make payment or you reached the hotel they said air conditioner is not working and it is disable, will be worked after 31st march.
staff is also not good. No proper lighting in the room. no toiletries are not provided. bedsheet are also not properly clean. basic amenties not provided. For everything they charged extra amount.

We checked in on 23rd Night, geyser was not there in bathroom and when we asked for hot water, they told us we can only get that in morning. Owner and Staff ignored our concerns multiple times and was very rude.

Staff was good till we pay date all payments they don’t care staff was rude can’t sleep bcoz of noise …bug surprises have to checkout 10 am omg 😱 we pay full amount we check in 8pm and have to check out 10 that’s bad no water bottles no sop for showers

Excellent stay, clean comfortable and quiet room. Lovely place with the beautiful aesthetic and collection of rajwada paintings, murals and art decor.

I had booked a room in this hotel as it was centrally located and quite close to the bus services, it is not located on the busy main road and so it is calm and peaceful from the noisy traffic and crowd. It is neat and clean and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from especially Rawat mistaan bhandaar is quite closeby. The room tariff is also very reasonable and the owner of the hotel was also friendly and enquired about my stay at his hotel. Overall, a nice hotel to stay while in jaipur
